House holiday rentals in Kitchener

We had 5 retired women getting together to enjoy a 2 day visit with each other. The house had 5 well appointed bedrooms with great bathroom facilities. It was a very relaxing environment. The kitchen had everything we needed to heat up our take in food including glass wine glasses. A good location to visit Oakville and all it had to offer.

Our group of 14 people with ages ranging from 1 to 50 had a great stay. There was space for all to have fun and have quiet time too. We enjoyed the pool and the kitchen the most. Very communicative and helpful hosts.

This is our second time staying with Neil so have come to appreciate his great communication and accurately described listings that are always very clean and offer good value. Well done, Neil!

What a beautiful place to stay! The home was incredibley spacious and the pool and sauna were a fantastic and fun addition for the kids. There were a few minor hiccups, however, Yong was very responsive and always able to fix the problem right away. He is an incredible host. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Elizabeth’s home was amazing to say the least. The first floor bathroom had heated floors (which is incredible), the sauna was a great touch, and the open layout with a view of Lake Ontario made this home the perfect place to spend time in. Checking in was easy. We were worried about how close the home was to the highway but it was surprisingly quiet at night. The windows are well insulated! The backyard has a nice pool, and a nice open area for lounging and watching the sun set over the lake. You can get pretty close to the lake-there is a staircase that leads down to numerous large rocks towards the end of the backyard. You can see Toronto but it’s super far away. Highly recommend this home, and thank you Elizabeth for the hospitality!

Second time staying here, so that should say something. Place is perfect location wise and just easy to settle in and relax. Good common space to watch TV or hang out. Already planning next trip to Burlington and hope this place is open again!

We had a wonderful 11 day stay at Caitlin’s. Extremely well appointed in terms of comfort and amenities (you could quite easily just enjoy the beautiful backyard and stay home). House was very spacious and, if you are travelling with children, Caitlin had lots of games, books and toys for their entertainment. As a multigenerational group we all enjoyed our stay and very much hope we can return very soon. Caitlin is an excellent host who takes her guests’ needs and comfort very seriously.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks recently, and we loved our time here. The interior design of this house is stunning and creates a very cozy and relaxing vibe as the light pours in through the many skylights. The kitchen is a chef’s dream while the outdoor space, bbq and patio sections are perfect for a summer family gathering. Taking a dip in the lagoon shaped pool while looking up at the forrest canopy makes you feel like you’re at a remote cottage. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at Jennifer's home. It had something for the whole family. As described, it really was the perfect blend offering the feel of a cabin with all the modern amenities but close to many fun attractions. We would highly recommend a stay with Jennifer.

Lisa's place is advertised as cozy and that is just what it is. It is ideal for couples and has all the ammeneties that you might need for a long stay. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is ideally placed close to the main highways. Lisa was an excellent host; very considerate and responsive.

Niks place is great, lots of space and a great location. Nik is an awesome host very helpful and understanding.

We absolutely loved the spacious room and the fantastic location, which made exploring Waterloo and the nearby universities a breeze. Nora was a real gem-completely professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist with any requests we had during our stay. Without a doubt, we're looking forward to choosing this place again for our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb while hosting family from abroad. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room in both the family and living areas, which made our time together comfortable and enjoyable. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, providing a nice retreat after our busy days out. Though we didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house, we had everything we needed during our stay. It was a perfect home base for our visit, and we would highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and accommodating place to stay.

The house is lovely and well-furnished. Photos are accurate! The living rooms were both very comfortable, and the host was kind enough to leave the house at a very comfortable temperature, even though it was well below freezing outside. (I am a person who usually runs cold, but I felt perfectly warm and happy in this house!) Information that may be helpful to other travelers: The mattresses were on the firm to very firm side, and there were two bed pillows per bed. The shower I used had two types of shampoo (a basic one and an anti-dandruff one), as well as bar soap. I only saw one hair dryer, though there may have been others (I did not investigate closely, and our party was mostly men who didn't care about this). Unlike other Airbnbs I've stayed in, we had enough toilet paper for our four day stay (very much appreciated)!

This our second stay here and it will not be our last. Wonderful place, we absolutely love it! Travelling at Christmas is hectic, having a beautiful spot to call home was relaxing and made for a terrific Christmas away from home. This is an absolute gem.

Sabir was very accommodating and the place had everything anyone would need for a long term stay. I loved the place so much I extended my stay. Very comfortable and the photos do it justice of just how nice the place is. The dedicated parking spot right in front of the detached building was convenient and clearly outlined as well. I had no complaints staying there. The host was very active in checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and always offered to help. He had offered more towels and when he sent them over they were warm! I really appreciated the warm welcome. I highly recommend staying here I would definitely book Sabir’s place again in the future!
