Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kingsbury

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

Gary’s home was wonderful, from the start, check-in was easy and cleaning was visibly held to a high standard. The house was stocked with everything we needed and everything mentioned worked as intended. The location and neighborhood are great and would stay again without a doubt!

Had a great stay at Kathleen's Airbnb. Close to everything you would need. Clean and well furnished.

We met Eddie just as we pulled in. He was welcoming and immediately set us up with local hot spots and some local dives for dinner and apres cocktails. the house is located blocks from town and the lakes edge, both very walkable. Would definatly come back and will definately recommend this spot for anyone looking to make some turns in the morning and play some cards in the evening. The house is cozy. We liked the two tables in the kitchen living-room area. A bit tight for 12 people. But we had fun. I didn’t know what the square footage was when we chose it, so think close quarters. The kitchen is well stocked with great appliances. Plenty of towels and blankets.

This place was perfect for a family ski weekend. Close proximity to Mt. Rose and enough space for 3 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and have family meals. Everything was very clean and Craig provided us with clear instructions on how everything worked. We are looking forward coming back next year for another ski weekend!

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

This Airbnb has a great location in South Lake Tahoe. 5 min driving to Heavenly Ski Resort, 1 min driving to Whole Foods, 1 min driving to laundry, 5 min driving to Heavenly Village. Nice 15 min walk to the Marina. It had everything we needed and great backyard. April was nice, helpful and flexible. We had a great stay! 🍀✨

We had a great stay at Marci’s house. Everything was as described. The location is great-so close to the lake & a short drive to Truckee, North Star etc. The beds were comfy & all appliances were very new. The big back yard was great & we enjoyed the gas fireplace. The only negative is the hot tub is in the backyard so a bit of a walk through the snow to get to it in the winter. Not a deal breaker but just something to note. Would stay again.

Great stay only 5 minutes away from Tahoe City’s Main Street of restaurants and stores. Home was spacious and had all necessities for a great snowboarding trip!

Had a great stay! Perfect location for skiing and access to town. Loved the stocked and very organized kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

A friend and I spent 2 nights in the cabin. We slept well. We one dinner with ease. We loved being so close to skiing.

Better than the standard hotel. Pretty quiet area. Would recommend for the weekend or even just a night stay. Assigned parking is also a plus.

Very clean and all the supplies etc needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Bathrooms, Beds and bedrooms were excellent. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed the stay at Jared's place. We stayed for a ski trip at Northstar and it's very conveniently located for that. The front door opens to a semi secluded open area for your pet to potty, bags are also provided. There's a few steps but not too bad. The beds and bathrooms were clean and we felt quite comfortable. The only weird thing we had was that the temp at night didn't seem to stop at our settings. The first night it climbed all the way to 73 despite being set at 60 and we were roasting but it might have been just user error. The 2nd night also was similar, if we had stayed longer I would have been sure to ask Jared how to remedy it. No big deal though, just an FYI incase your party experiences something similar.

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Great place within walking distance of food and things to do

Great location in the Northstar Village. We had 4 adults and 2 kids (3yo and 6yo) and the accommodations worked well for our family. Our boys used the pullout trundle beds. The kitchen was well stocked and the ski locker, pool, hot tubs, and fitness center are great amenities. Not needing to drive on vacation is a huge plus! Fantastic family vacation for some spring skiing!

This place was fantastic! I absolutely loved the location. Being able to ski in and ski out is important for me. The balcony has a great view and is lovely amenity. This spot is really close to a lot of good food and shops right in the Village. I def would recommend this spot!
