The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort. Winter time, you are just 15 min to Homewood &NorthStar & 20 min to Squaw Valley. In Summer, the public beach is a short 3 min drive or 15 min walk. The closest grocery store is 4 mins away and Garwoods is just down the street!
