Rizwan's villa is beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. The location is great and very close to all the attractions and shops in Ooty. All the rooms are well equipped with all amenities to make the stay comfortable . I would definitely choose Rizwan's villa for my next visit and stay at Ooty. Rizwan went above and beyond to help us out with contact numbers and information for taxis, homemade food delivery, local attractions. He was very proactive with any questions we had and has a very welcoming and friendly demeanor. It was a pleasure to get to know Rizwan. Sooraj who is the caretaker at the villa is also very proactive and responsible and very pleasant. It was great to have someone nearby at the Villa at all times.

The property is beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Without a doubt, we will choose his home again whenever we visit Ooty. Great stay. Looks exactly like the pictures. The surroundings are pretty, and the house was very clean. Host is very responsive and friendly. Only thing to note is that the wifi is a bit spotty, so might be difficult to work from here.

The place was beautiful, we had an amazing time. It’s a beautiful villa for family and the caretaker Mohan is also very responsive and kind.
