Condo holiday rentals in Kalymnos

The Filoxenia team pampered us from the beginning of the stay to the end of the stay, given the estimated arrival time at 8:45 am they agreed to an early check-in at no additional cost. Upon our arrival we found Mr. Efprepios who welcomed us with a big smile, provided us with information about the area (even if it was very central) and gave us a bottle of water, bottle of wine and an orange juice. We had a problem with the hot water but it was resolved in less than 10 minutes so efficiency and professionalism at the top. The area is very central because the house is located on the main square of Kos and close to the ruins of the ancient agora, under the house an excellent pastry shop and in front of a 24-hour open place that offers sandwiches and various snacks. The beaches are about a 10-minute walk away and the surroundings are full of bars, tavernas, and great seafood restaurants. I'll keep this place as a landmark. Thank you for everything ♥️

We had the most fabulous stay at Dimitra Maria’s place. The air bnb had all the amenities you could need during your stay, the kitchen was well equipped and we even had some local honey’s, marmalades and milks to start us off! The property is a perfect distance to be able to walk to the beaches and the town, whilst being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Dimitria Maria was so helpful during our stay, helping us arrange transport to and from the airport, and always on hand to answer any queries. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year! Thank you!😌

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

Gregory is really a super host as he really went the extra mile for our stay and we really appreciate this, as it helped us a lot in our plans. I would start with the mention that we had to do remote work and the internet connection is good, both wifi and cable. Gregory even went ahead and got us an internet cable to make sure that we could have the best possible connection. The checkin and checkout is really easy and intuitive and the instructions together with the really good recommendations are really helpful. The apartment is modern, fully equipped as we did not miss a single thing. Really really clean, worthy of its name "White Box". It is in walkable distance to everything in Kos town and the area is really nice and quiet. Over the street you have a really good coffe shop with the best coffee we had in Greece ever (Royal Cafe). In conclusion I would definitely stay here again when coming to Kos.

The appartment is located in a special place, near the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed everything. The rooms were comfortable an equipped with all what we need. We definitely recommend it. Hasan gave us many tips and advices to enjoy our stay on Kos. Thanks Hasan, you are an excelent host.

it was such a lovely experience , we felt so much at home, the apartment is so clean, had everything we needed, great location, close to all the sites, lovely gentleman welcomed us, he was so nice, he took his time to answer all of our questions and had many recommendations that were so helpful, would love to stay there again

Our stay in the appartment was really nice and as beautiful as we expected from the pictures. Everything is well thought through and comfortable. The host is so nice and very quick with communication. He even went to all the trouble of finding a yoga mat for me when I asked if I could lend one. We got some drinks in the fridge when we arrived and there is plenty of information on things to do and places to go to. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook some simple things (no oven though). The terrace is very beautiful to sit in but you should not be sensitive to a little bit of noise. The area is not in the direct center but there is a playground opposite the appartment which is mostly frequented at night with children in many different age groups and the motorrollers and cars that drive through the street are sometimes very loud. We got used to it after a day and it was fine. Other than that the location is perfect, it’s a one minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of nice beach locations to choose from. The centre of town with the harbor is also just a 5-10 min walk away and if you want to rent a bike or a car there are many places just around the corner. Taxi to the bus station cost us 10€, otherwise it’s a 20 min walk. Bus to the airport is 3,20€. All in all a wonderful spot for a vacation! Would definitely recommend and come again.

We really loved our stay at Irene’s place, it was clean and tidy. Just the perfect size for two people :) walkable to get to all the tourist places and right in the heart of the kos old town <3 We loved Kos and would highly recommend this airbnb to those coming to Kos

The houses are small but are located to meet all your needs and have everything. Turgutreis is very close to the center and the employees help with everything

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

We had a great week in Antimachia. The apartment is centrally located from Kos: you can be at the airport in 2 minutes, in Mastichari in 5 minutes, in Kos, 10 minutes in Kardamena. Nothing can be heard from the airport as the planes do not fly over the village. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: 1x double bed and 2x single beds. That would be my suggestion for improvement: you don't see the 2nd bedroom in the photos in the listing 😉 There is a welcome package with various foods and drinks. It is advisable to go to the apartment first and go shopping afterwards, if you even need something 😉 Panagiotis is always on hand and helps, gives information on where he can. His wife is also very warm and takes care of the apartments. We were even able to check in earlier which was awesome for us. Will definitely be back 😊

Great and comfortable place with amazing views. You definitely need a car as it is at a distant and high point, but you have the whole sea on your balcony. Kate and Mr. Andreas are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed something, the answer was immediate. The main thing is not pet friendly, which people who have pets are looking for! I would definitely recommend it!

Ilkay was a brilliant host. We booked extremely last minute and Ilkay kindly accepted our booking and was at the property to welcome us. She also provided fantastic communication (and patience!). The apartment is wonderfully situated, 10 minutes from beach/marina and beach village. The pool had unfortunately just closed for our stay but would be fantastic for a summer visit with balcony overlooking the pool (and sea). The space was very comfortable for our family of 4 and provided us with everything that we needed (well equipped kitchen and extra towels/linen if required).

It was a very peaceful home. We had a pleasant time. Just having a lot of stairs was difficult with carrying bags. The house can comfortably accommodate 2 people

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

The layout of Elena hn's house, the fact that the items are more than adequate, high quality and equipment, made our holiday extremely easy to meet our holiday. Everything was very high quality in a regular condition. We had constant communication before and during the holiday. He helped us up to the grocery store where we would walk around, eat, shop, and shop. The pool informed us before about the sea. thi was a perfect spot to stay close to everything. very clean and quiet .

We had a great stay at Pawel’s AirBnb, Super easy getting to the place as he helped us find a transfer, Easy flexible check-in. The apartment was perfect for me and my boyfriend, size suited us fine and had everything we needed. Couldn’t complain! Little supermarkets were about 5 mins walk away and there was a big one about 15 minutes walk away! Nice little beach was also a 5 minute walk away. We cycled everywhere, the bike rental place was a minute walk away from the apartment, so for us the main town and the other beaches were about 15 mins away, you could walk to the town from the apartment but would be 30 mins but it is a nice walk along the beach and marina. Very nice apartment in a setting quiet and pleasant with a magnificent sea view and two swimming pools. We had a pleasant stay with the family. A big thank you to Isa for his availability all his valuable advice. We would highly recommend it.
