It is a very clean and satisfactory house. Each drawer is labeled, so even the first time users were considerate enough to find things. If I come to Johor Bahru again next time, I will use it again. Thank you Mr. KC.

Overall, our stay was quite good despite a small hiccup with the water heater on the second day. We reported the issue to Dian, who insisted on fixing it, but we were okay with it. The place is located in a quiet, new township, far from town, giving it a deserted feel. The unit provides two parking spaces and features easy and automated check-in/out processes. The air conditioning was cold, the fridge was large, and the house itself was comfortable and pleasant. It would have been even better with a water filter like Coway or Cuckoo. Wifi’s slow but no issue. Thank you 😊

The place is big and clean. Easily accessible to Paradigm mall! Will definitely stay here again

Nice place to stay, though not as great or homey as some other highly rated AirBnB's and not as nice as the photos make it out to be. It's a bit of an older place, some of the linen, the place, the amenities are a bit older. Lots of towels provided though =] The place the HUGE, which is a great thing. Airconditioning in every room works really well. Has a washing machine and two dryers. Plenty of bathrooms and toilets as well for a big group. Hard to walk anywhere as the only entry/exit is through the guard gate, so to get the the shops nearby, it's at least a 10 minute walk, so it's a huge advantage if you have your own car. Small dining table and kitchen area if that's important to you though. Host is extremely responsive to messages, which is a great positive. About 10-12 minute drive to Legoland. Overall, it's a great big place and a nice place to spend a few nights!

Easy to find, easy parking for 2 cars. Comfortable stay, rooms are spacious with sufficient clothes storage. Enjoyed the pool table so much. Air-con and hot shower working fine.

Had an amazing stay at Ong's apartment! It is exactly as photos and what you see is what you get (and may even be pleasantly more too!). The apartment is really comfortable, clean, and spacious! & I especially loved that it is on the 31st floor, the wind is amazing! Also really appreciate that there is a water filter installed at the kitchen tap too and that the towels provided are nice and fresh! I saw videos of the gym and pools and they looked incredible too~ didn't have the time to explore them this round, but will definitely check them out the next time we stay at Ong's! Thank you again for providing such an amazing place for us~!

The apartment has many amenities to explore and feels secure. It is central but is a calm and quiet part of town. I appreciate your support throughout our whole stay and would love to come back again.

My friends and I had a great stay here! It did get a little noisy from the cars but the ear plugs provided really helped The house was clean and many facilities in the building

Great comfortable place which is toddler friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Really well equipped kitchen and laundry so it’s convenient for short/ long stays. Super conveniently located above the mall with direct access. Mall has large supermarket and many eatery , it was so easy for us to sneak away for a massage while our kid was asleep upstairs. Although not near any breakfast places and road outside often traffic jam, it’s still convenient to get breakfast delivered or travel by grab to city Center or even Lego land. Thanks for the stay! I

we really enjoy the stay...feel like at home...the place is very suit for 7 of us...my kids got their own bed and it is very spaceful...and it is fun with the toys and slide provided...the interesting places are very nearby save our time and energy...facilities are full provided especially the washing machine and dryer convenient for big family like us...the prayer mat is also provided convenient for muslim traveller like us..it is good if uncle q can provide qiblah direction it will be better..but overall it is superb place..i like it very much

Candy is a really a perfect host who goes above and beyond. Her place feels like a second home as it has everything I need. The location is very convenient with many options to eat. It’s easy to just get a Grab (that’s the local Uber) to go to other areas. I look forward to staying at Candy’s place again in the future.

As a regular visitor to JB and visiting KSL, I found the place is located in the perfect location as it's just next door and walkable. it's ideal for the family with elderly and young children. The place match the description and it's spacious. Sun has anticipated us by telling us that escalator waiting period can be longer at peak hours, and crowd residence. So, we can manage our expectation Overall, good experience and definitely will return if I plan to stay longer at JB alongside family members.
