Flexible check in, clear instructions and responsive host. Unit is as per describe, sparkling clean and comfortable beds. Peaceful environment but you can till find lots of eateries and marts which open 24hrs.

Host respond very fast to guide us. They house if perfect as describe. Would stay here again if I'm nearby.

house is beautiful! hiccups with the wifi/internet but after that it all went well. alot of shops/restaurants & mall surrounding the place🔥 only wished the mail room is on the ground floor so it will be alot easier than to go up first to retrieve it🙏🏼 overall highly recommended✨

The place was nice. from bedrom Lift sound was bad.

It was friendly and quick to respond, and it was nice to have four cleaning services in my life for over a month. I was thankful for the quick turnaround whenever I had a requirement, such as changing the wifi speed and light bulbs. Above all, it was on the first floor, but since it was above the parking lot and swimming pool, it was actually about 7 floors high, and the view outside the window was nice.

The place is a nice house, spacious, clean & have nice selat tebrau view. It is serene. The only downside of the condo is the security guards that are a bit rude. We totally understand they are being strict due to the guidelines however we do feel being treated unfairly compared to the caucasians/europeans who stayed there too. Wear a proper swimsuits, no jersey/leggings allowed if you’re using the pool. No eating at the outdoor tables/chair area. Even cannot blow candles for a birthday celebration. Weird guidelines. However, patrick is a great host with great unit and i had a pleasant stay despite the bad experience with the security. It is very easy to get food & accessible to central JB. Everything is near.

Third time staying in this apartment, totally recommend it. This time round it was during CNY and we were even able to enjoy the fireworks at the beach from the comfort of our apartment; simply amazing! The host is always responsive and helpful. The location is also very convenient by car, and the carpark was very safe and convenient too! Will definitely come back!

Great place to stay! Great view as well, the only thing that was slightly concerning at the start was the ants near the sofa area, but they seemed to clear out on their own eventually… not too particular about it!

Beautifully decorated balinese-designed villa with great outside space and sizeable beds and baths. Fully equipped kitchen and living area with tv, Netflix etc. (Not that you would want to use it). You can ride a golf cart from the lobby to nearby Turi beach and the marina which are owned by the same consort and are available for you to freely use. Turi has a plethora of activities such as jet-ski and wake surf in combination with a lovely pool and beach as well as breakfast until 10. The people of Batam were super friendly and are more than happy to give recommendations, the villas staff was extremely helpful in finding ways to get around the island. The villa is situated close to golf courses and beach clubs circa 30 minutes outside Batam city center. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, loved every second of a relaxing weekend trip with the convenient ferry from Singapore to Nongsapura!

Ching and Tay are fast responsive host and helpful. We mainly liaise with Ching, his instructions are simple and concise. My 3 girls loved the cleanliness of the whole house, pillows and bedsheets no foul smell, 2 bathrooms are dry, clean and no smell too and also the water filtration system. Furniture layout is simple however the house has all the essentials, whatever you need is all there. We enjoyed the cosy stay very much and will definitely stay again when back to Legoland again. Of course will recommend to anyone looking for a convenient location, good responsive host and home-feel accommodation.

It is a good Airbnb. Host is very responsive and was quick to help with arrangement. On day 1 they had issue with key due to which check-in was delayed so they were gracious enough to offer one night for free. The location is good, condo is new-ish and well kept. Swimming pool on level 5 is not really well kept so guest planning for some swimming session can refrain from choosing. Host may not really be able to do much about it though. Few suggestions for improvement- 1. Key card collection point is bit far from the actual apartment(7-8minutes walk which has to be done to and fro). They can simply offer to put it in letterbox or safebox downstairs to avoid trips for key collection. 2. Apartment was clean and cleaning staff actually did it in front of us so can say it's pretty standard in this part of the world! They can up their game by making apartment smell much nicer. 3. There were few flaws like geyser in main bedroom not working, light in second bedroom flickering and fan not work

The place is located nearby a lot of food stall and also cleaned, nice pool view. We’ve a fantastic stay for family gathering during CNY.
