Really great and accommodating host. Very responsive and friendly. Nice place. Big parking space at the front of the house and it has CCTV and a guarded guard at the gate.

The owner was very friendly and responsive. The place was beautifully renovated and spotless. Bed is comfy. The car porch can accommodate two cars. While there is no en-suite bathroom, there are two shared bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. A microwave would be a great addition, as we were unsure if using the provided stove or pan to heat our Ramly burger was allowed or if it would leave an odor in the house so we ate our burger cold 🥶

The house was clean and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and water heaters in the bathrooms worked. The pool table and the karaoke room were nice touches. WiFi worked well. The location is just 5-8 mins drive from the bus terminal. There is a halal coffee shop and a small Chinese open air restaurant within easy walking distance. As the last unit on its street, furthest away from thoroughfare, it is quiet. The older folk in my party remarked on how well they slept. Do not expect 5-star hotel interior decorations and furnishings because this is not that. The host was very responsive and helpful. That probably matters more.

I rented this homestay for my friends, and they really liked it. They said the house was big, spacious, and very clean. They felt very comfortable staying there. Thank you for your service！

Responsive host and a very convenient place to stay

Place was clean, comes with a nice massage chair. The lawn was the only piece that was disappointing. There was no more grass left on the patch.

Clean place, simple setup. WiFi is good. Shower with heater and water pressure is ok.
