It is a lovely place which has all the amenities while you travel with family & kids. The host is extremely helpful and proactive in responding. We just stayed for a night while we visited Kainchi dham and it was just 20 minutes drive from there. Just one suggestion for Vandana that you must mention in your listing about this flat being on the 2nd floor and you have to climb stairs with luggage. It may be difficult for elderly guests. But rest everything is seamless and feels like you are right at home!

It’s a great place to stay and very well managed by Vivekji and family. If you want to stay at an independent, peaceful and a place for family stay near Nainital then this is what you are looking for.

5 star rating is very less for this place and specially the host. Everything about this place was just amazing, it felt like a home away from home and Colonel Lokendra Singh Chauhan is such a gem of a person. He kept coordinating with us for everything, sent the details about the location, places to eat nearby and even kept a small goody pack of eatables for our arrival. This was the most amazing stay and I would urge everyone to try this place when you visit. And please make sure you treat this place as you would treat your home and be respectful to the host for giving their amazing cottage for the stay 😊

Aniket is best host and trust me his property is amazing if you are staying in his property please try his home cooked food it is going as wonders, everything is lovely in this cottage, parking is safe Thank you Aniket for hosting us regards Priya.R
