Monthly Rentals in Iluka Beach

Bloody marvellous. Beautiful location, walking distance to shops, pub, club, etc. Love the upside down layout of the house providing the fantastic view from the upstairs living and entertaining areas. The beds were comfy and clean and the ceiling fans were an added bonus on the hot nights. The little extras like insect repellant and mozzie coils were greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great stay. We’ll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area.

This was our 4th stay at the Beach Ranch and I can highly recommend. Bella was great with communication and checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is clean and comfortable.

Way better then any hotel room! The house has so much character with all the colour, the personalised design and lots of art on the walls. It is very spacious and I loved waking up with the view on the lake. I loved spending my afternoons on the patio in the hammock watching pelicans. Tony is a very friendly host. You can make great hikes in the area and we went on a kayak tour. There is enough in the kitchen to cook with or eat out in the area. It’s definitely a rare found so if it’s available don’t hesitate, it’s very special!

Not only was the location beautiful, inside and out. But Fiona had the accomodation exceptionally equipped. And went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including a lovely note and some chocolates for what we were there celebrating for, as well as vet details for the dog she knew was coming with us. Never felt so welcome! If we come back to this area, will definitely be looking for her spot again
