House holiday rentals in Ilia

Villa Ohlive is tucked away high up on the island. The drive up can be a bit nervy but the view when you get there is incredible. If you have kids that want to party in the old town and catch a taxi back just a reminder it’s around 50euro per trip. The villa is a piece of heaven to escape from the heat and hustle and bustle after a day of sight seeing.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa of Eva and Jim. The surrounding is beautiful and very quiet. It is also very convenient to be able to walk to the beach. Eva was very kind and helpful. She informed us in advance that the supermarket was closed which was very useful and organised a taxi so we could go back to Skopelos town. If we have to mention a negative point, is that the kitchen (the fridge, barbecue, the dishes) was not very clean, but all the rest was perfect. We would come back again.

We came to Villa Calypso with our family of 5 after a few busy days in Athens and were immediately surprised by the beautiful house and breathtaking view and sunset! We enjoyed the surroundings, the pool and ping pong table. And loved the beds and showers! We took a hike on Iro's path in Politika and swam in the sea every day in Dafni Beach. We came in what seemed to be the beginning of the off-season, so it was very quiet and some places were closed for the season. Nevertheless we had a great time, and wish we could come back someday.

We had an unforgettable holiday at Kostas' house in the best October weather. The direct location by the sea and the incredibly beautiful view, the good equipment of the house and the entire ambiance have made for a perfect holiday. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. It is spacious, nicely decorated and very well appointed. We especially liked the pool and barbecue area with stone oven. The communication with Kostas was always very nice. He gave us many great tips. One of the best accommodations we've ever had. We'll be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

The unit was just great! Very clean and equipped with anything you might need. The location is quiet and the view is beautiful. Mrs. Eleni very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend it and hope to visit it again very soon! Thank you very much!

The Villas are quite amazing, modern and very private, you feel to be in vacation the second you get inside the complex. The private beach is literally a 3 min walking and it is one of the best in the island. The cleanliness is incredible. It is the place to be on the island. The man in charge is Spyros, he holds the reservation and his help change your stay from A vacation to THE vacation: he helps from the day before your arrival and sets everything in motion so that when you enter the villas you feel at home. He shares with you the most valuable information about what to do, where and when and is always available 24/7; he also helped with the boat renting (George Boat Renting is another 5-star guy that I suggest you) and wanted to be there when we left! The last night we had dinner there, Spyros went to buy fresh fish for us and Nick, THE chef 👨‍🍳 , cooked for us a no brainer grilled fish (Michelin star!) I just wanna thank them for all the real help and hard work! Hope to come back!

The house is exactly like the pictures and the listing. The garden and the pool are great my family had a lot of fun there. The pool gets cleaned twice a week. The depth varies from 1m to almost 2.5m. Theologos is a very quiet area and everything is a 10 min drive away. A car is a must in Theologos to move around. The house has AC units in all bedrooms and main living room area but we rarely used it as the weather was very nice during our stay with a cool breeze at night. The Host Mr.Ioannis is an excellent host, very friendly , he always call you the next day and asks you about your first night. He is always available for you and offers great support if needed. I am sure we will be visiting the house again in the near future.

A hidden jewel with two real Super-Hosts! Our hosts met with us at the local church and guided us to the house. - It was a very warm welcome and the four of us felt immediately like at home. The house is designed with love, well furnished with an eye for details and well-equipped. All the essentials were already been taking care of and we missed not a single thing. The charming house and the lovingly created garden are a perfect hideaway. - A garden with plenty of room for kids to play and parents to relax. They have a stylised beetroots with vegetables, herbs and fruits of al kind and multiple toys to spent time with. We really enjoyed our stay and the house, surrounding, and our cordial hosts exceeded our expectations. We definitely will get back!

Immaculate space , super clean , very organized, the amenities in terms of the equipment of the house were overcrowded. The living room , the fireplace, and the view were amazing. For two families with four children who were us, it was the best thing. We'll always pick you when we visit Arachova. Konstantinos the host and Alekos and Martha who welcomed us were very kind. Thank you all. Everything was flawless.

Great place to stay, close to grocery stores, restaurants. It was very clean!

We had a very good stay at Steve and Fiona’s place. They were kind, helpful, and flexible, especially with the check-in process, which made everything much easier. They even waited for us after our flight to personally show us the way to the accommodation, which we really appreciated. The place was clean and just as described. Future guests should note that parking isn’t right at the property because of the steep, rocky road, so there’s a short walk involved. That said, Steve and Fiona kindly helped us with our luggage. The location has lovely views, and the neighborhood is quite peaceful, with just the occasional sound of a barking dog. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

This is our second stay at this accommodation and we will try to book it again for next year as soon as we know the dates. There was a problem with the electrical supply (from outside of the property itself). We contacted the host and the problem was solved in remarkably quick time (involving several workers, a cherry picker, all replacing overhead cables). The hosts father kept us informed and made sure we were Okay. Such nice, friendly, helpful people who go over and above what is reasonably expected! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing place in a great location. Would of loved to stay longer if we had the time!

We visited Greek in the last days of August and stayed at Dimitris and Fryni's accommodation. The house is easily accessible, with a beautiful view from the balcony and a cozy garden for relaxing in the morning or afternoon hours but also for children to play. All spaces were spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped and comfortable. A unique surprise is the French pool table in the space and the toys for the kids. A beautiful renovated house that I highly recommend to those who are thinking about visiting the area. Outside the house there is a private space for parking. The beaches in the areas are all beautiful. Of course I can't help but serve the children. The communication with them was direct and friendly. The kids were very helpful and willing to help us and let us know about any questions. From the bottom of our hearts, a big thank you from us Dimitris and Fryni for your impeccable hospitality!!!! ♥️

Lovely, homely spot in the centre of skiathos town! I loved my stay here, would recommend to anyone looking for an airbnb in skiathos!!

What to say first about this home.....!!!!!It's exactly as the photos show it and even better. It has all the specifications for a big family and two families to stay if they want it. The hosts are impeccable. Helpful in everything and discreet.Our next to everything we needed and immediate resolution in everything that came about.The house is excellent,spotlessly clean, with wonderful decoration and with all the amenities.The hosts have anticipated every detail so you don't miss anything and feel like home.Nothing of all this but nothing compares to the wonderful view of Theologian Bay.....!!!!!! Everything was wonderful, we were very happy and of course that next time we will have our vacation there!Thanks for everything!

I had a wonderful stay at Vasiliki’s place. The view was stunning, the apartment was the perfect size and Vasiliki was a generous and attentive host. It was the perfect retreat and I look forward to returning again.

Christina (Jane & Stavros), we’re great hosts! Staying in the beach house was very nice and our Kids felt like staying at home from the First day! The Location so close to the sea (50 meters) and the „private“ tavern with awesome food next to the house were perfect. You can find anything you need in the house and the outdoor space is huge. A supermarket you can find 2 minutes away. The contact/communication via WhatsApp and phone was perfect and very helpful! Only the combination Moskitos and the high temperature was not so easy to manage. But we came along with that and had a great stay! Thank you 😁😎

Rena’s place is amazing, just as in the photos. We were two families with 3 kids each, and we all had a lovely time. We enjoyed the pool, game room, tennis court and basketball. The kitchen is well equipped. There are many restaurants, beaches and a supermarket 10 min drive. But it is hard to leave the house and pool :) Note that the room upstairs is in a cool comfortable attic but requires climbing a ladder that is not easy for some ages.

We had a great time, the location of the house is ideal and combines quiet, view, access to the square in less than 10 minutes. The village is in a spot where one can visit many different locations. The landlord was very friendly and generous. The house was spotless, cool, and comfortable. The bathroom is new and the electrical appliances are perfectly functional. Mrs. Irini made sure to provide for a lot and take care of the house impeccably. She also willingly helped us with tips and ideas when we asked her. The yard is spacious, with grill and spots with shade all day. It is ideal for amazing private moments of relaxation and fun times with company. Traveling by car needs to park around 100 meters before the house and continue walking. But this offers the precious quiet and definitely worth the effort! Looking forward to next time!

Superb location in glossa with stunning sea views from the Different balconies. Ioanna's aunt, Olga lives next to the house and she helped us a lot to feel at home and give tips. We felt surrounded for 10 days as if we were visiting good family. Thank you Olga and Ioanna
