Beeraya Beach House was an unexpectedly amazing stay! I had come with my family to Udupi and booked the place instantly. Even without a personal vehicle, getting there was hassle-free — convenient bus connectivity from Udupi to Padubidri, followed by a short rickshaw ride to the homestay. Local rickshaws are easily available, and there are plenty of express buses between Mangalore and Udupi. The highlight of our stay was the host, Madhuraj — incredibly proactive and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Truly commendable hospitality! The beach is very close, and you’ll find great vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants just a 10–12 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful vibes, far from the hustle of city life. A perfect place for families and groups of any age. Thank you, Madhuraj, for a memorable stay — highly recommended!

Overall, it's amazing stay for families. Right on the beach. No tourist crowd. Felt like local. Flat is clean & the balcony facing sea is the USP. Price could be a little lower otherwise everything is good.

The place was very pretty and there was a beach nearby which is an add on to your stay. We had lost the keys on the beach and the host was very helpful to us and very polite and friendly.. the people staying around are very sweet and helpful. The food which we had ordered was homemade and it was really tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would look forward to stay here again if we come to mangalore.
