Waikiki Grand hotel... cute studio close to beach

Air conditioned studio condo in boutique hotel. The condo is clean and comfortable with king size bed, kitchenette with full size refrigerator and large shower. The space meets all your needs for fun beach days and restful nights. Across the street from Honolulu Zoo and one block from beautiful Waikiki beaches and Kapialoni Park. Very safe space with lobby, pool and restaurants. The studio has been renovated but I am waiting on new flooring...the floors are concrete with non slip area rugs.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was everything we needed and walkable to the beach. The linens were clean and fresh. The kitchenette and bathroom were clean and well-stocked with soaps, shampoo, etc. All appliances and amenities were in working order. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pool was very clean. Our favorite nearby restaurant was Castro's. We wanted to travel the island, so we rented a car and used the valet parking. It made parking so easy. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything went so smoothly. The 1 br unit has such a thoughtful layout--perfect for families with small kids. On our trip we also stayed at the Courtyard in Laie and the Embassy Suites in Waikiki; by far this was the best. We also appreciated that it took just a 10-min drive to leave the resort bubble and hit Kapolei's Safeway, Target, public playground, and better-value restaurants. Thanks, Talia!

Beautiful condo overlooking the park, Waikiki beach and the skyline of Honolulu. The condominium complex is located only a 5-10 minute walk to the shore of Waikiki with access to wonderful restaurants, shops & activities. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. I highly recommend this hotel and Airbnb host.

Absolute Gem!! This has to be one of the most cute cabins we’ve ever rented! The cabin is just perfect for 2, and is very well appointed. Gorgeous inside and the property around it is like a fairy tale filled with beautiful flowers, plants & trees. Let the rain tapping on the roof and the frogs serenade you to sleep. Perfectly located to allow you to explore the island during the day, come back for an early evening nap and get up to see the volcano lava flows at night! Amazing place and excellent host. Do not hesitate in booking this.

This was our first trip to Kauai and staying at Allen’s place was perfect. From the moment you walk in the lobby is stunning and with pool that looked like tropical paradise. Perfect location on the island to check out all the sites. Allen had great recommendations. Our family loved staying at the resort so much we even attempted to stay an extra day. When we looked into it Allen called me very quickly and was going to accommodate an additional evening. But unfortunately the flights home did not work with our schedule. I would absolutely recommend Allen’s place and stay 8-10 days. This will allot for time for all the amazing excursions, beaches, and dining, not to mention awesome amenities the resort has to offer! Truly a trip we will always remember! Mahalo
