We had a great stay! Close to the Volcano National Park, super easy to get to and it was very peaceful. The sounds of birds and animals at night was very soothing. Kerinne was responsive to any questions and requests. Thank you!!

Doug has a beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. You feel like you’re surrounded by a botanical garden. Doug and his wife were very hospitable and friendly! We had a great time!

Cute little house close to town but still private with a great view. It’s 15 from town. They provide some beach items and the house is more spacious than we thought! Great for 4 people

This was the best AirBNB my family and I have every stayed in, and we've stayed in dozens of lovely AirBNBs. The location is stunningly beautiful (sweeping ocean views, gorgeous tropical plants, etc.). The home itself is beautiful (high ceilings, tons of windows and natural light). And the hosts, Roy and Joy, are the kindest, most wonderful people. They were the perfect combination of warm but respectful. They kindly showed us around their lovely farm, letting our two kids pick fruit and teaching them about the plants. They showed us to a beautiful local beach with outstanding snorkeling. But they also gave us space and privacy. Truly the most wonderful hosts. We look forward to returning!

I had a short but nice stay at this cottage. It was a really nice chance to check out another island due to it's southern location we had about equidistant drives to Kona and Hilo which worked for the activities we had planned. It's a great space, that we didn't take too much advantage of because we were out exploring most of the time. I did however really enjoy the peaceful mornings there. Got to watch Saffron Finches in the trees each morning.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the plantation it was so peaceful. Such a great place to stay at. Would love to come back in the future. Thank you sue for everything!

This was a perfect Airbnb stay. Everything was immaculate. Everything we needed was there to use. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Definitely the cleanest place I ever stayed. Good choice for family vacation. The location is good, local supermarket is just around the corner. Kitchen ware also clean and easy to use.

Great and very cute place. Fully equipped kitchen and nice veranda to see the sunset and the tropical gardens. Everything felt new and was extremely clean. Outside bathroom so you get to see the stars/ocean from the shower. The house is off grid and therefore has no WiFi and no TV, which for us added to the charm. Because of the various birds and frogs it can get a bit noisy during night time, but that’s what you get in the tropics.

First of all, the location is great. It’s near the top of a small mountain so you can see the stunning sunset at the balcony if the weather is good. It is also close to Capital Cook, the highly rated snorkeling spot. It’s easy to get there from the Kona airport, which takes about 30 minutes’ drive. At the beginning the Google map directed us to the wrong place (the “Greenwell farm”), but it also helps us find out the free and educative farm tour offered there. Todd and Elvira are very friendly. They showed us around their small but abundant farm and gave us some fresh and tasty fruits from his farm, which was an unforgettable experience. Finally, I have to mention that the place is clear and well kept and exactly the same as what you can see from the pictures. It is also so quiet that you can hear the birds singing clearly.

We loved the cabin. The screened-in lanai at the front has an amazing ocean view and beautiful sunset views. It’s a great location for exploring the west side of the island.

We absolutely loved our stay in this little paradise. Jared’s place is so beautiful and much more spacious than the photos suggest. We loved the gardens and the outdoor space and the overall indoor/outdoor feel. Jared was super responsive and helpful to our messages. We loved the welcome fruit and veggies, and the coconut water and milk were wonderful. The kitchen was super clean and well-stocked, and we had everything we needed there. The location is wonderful: walking distance to the most amazing beach (Kehena) and a really fun celebration on Sunday at the nearby community park. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Erin & Rogers place was a nice and cozy home to stay nestled in a quiet (other than the sounds of nature 😊) and private neighborhood. When you're outside you can hear all the coquis but you can't hear them when you're in the home. home was nice, cute, clean, has everything you need, and she even provided coffee and tea. Home felt cool, maybe cause its up on higher elevation. So, the fan was sufficient enough to keep the home cool all day and night. There is a little dining table set on the balcony. We wondered if theres an ocean view or city view from the if all the trees/bush were cut short. That would be a great view from the balcony. Both Erin and Roger are very friendly and responded to all my messages/questions quick. you are driving on kind of a windy road to get to and from home so if you're not familiar with the area just drive slow. And no or not much street light. So, road is dark at night. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We are back to visit Starseed Ranch again and again! This time we stayed in the Ohana Suite with a private bathroom and kitchen. The room was very large and beautiful with sliding screened doors and windows with a private sitting area. If you want to get away from it all and stay in gorgeous surroundings this place is it! The area near the Pololu Valley Lookout is completely magical and Starseed Ranch has its' own magic within it. The hosts are wonderful and the grounds are gorgeous with outdoor eating and sitting areas that include an outdoor gourmet kitchen as well. The yoga room that sits near the creek is a wonderful space to practice or relax in while taking in the breeze, listening to the birds, and the water running along the creek. The stars at night are amazing. We will be back every year to stay at Starseed Ranch as there is no place as magical as this. Thank you Dash and Erika!

Natasha’s Dragonfly Cottage was perfect for our 3 night stay. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! Beautiful views from the deck. It was great having all the beach supplies you could possibly want or do! The neighborhood was very walkable and very quiet!! Natasha was always available! We loved our stay!

The rental was in a great location. Beautiful spot for sunsets. Donna greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Donna had information sheets for beaches, restaurants and etc. that we found extremely helpful.

Lynn's Airbnb is a private, quiet space in a semi-rural family neighborhood. It's beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and has a kitchen fully stocked with utensils, towels, gadgets, and everything you'll need to feel comfortable. Lynn provided lovely beach chairs, a fabulous beach umbrella, a cooler, and cheerful beach towels for us to use. I really enjoyed this space, along with the beautiful patio. Views from Lynn's property are unbeatable! The neighborhood is quiet, lush, and green. It's a welcome space away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona, but amazingly close if you want to go anywhere downtown. I also appreciated the fast, reliable WIFI. Lynn is also a very professional host who is proactive, responsive, welcoming, and very gracious. I highly recommend Lynn and this Airbnb, and would stay here again if I have the opportunity. My husband and toddler stayed at Kendall's place and it was perfect for us. They had kid friendly plates, a pack and play, plus a high chair for us, and recommended a toddler friendly beach area. The place was so comfortable (slept great!) and had a beautiful view. We all loved Meow Meow and the farm animals. We had my son sleeping in separate room and the blackout curtains made nap time a breeze. It is a short drive to the White Nene coffee place (sooo good!) and about 15 mins from Target and town. Definitely recommend!

Pavel and Irina were great hosts. Very helpful and accommodating. We will stay there again in the future.

What a peaceful, restful retreat to return to after adventuring around the Big Island! We loved the airy spaciousness of the main rooms, the sweet bedroom with surprisingly large walk-in closet, the bed with its gauzy white canopy and view of the Milky Way, the tasty tangerines and lemons just outside the front door, and the outdoor shower which waters the citrus grove. Thanks Matt and Rose for providing such a tranquil, nourishing space. Would happily stay here again. J.T. and Mike

Good value for money!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Beautiful peaceful hideaway surrounded by farmland. Very spacious lodge feeling with a full kitchen and wonderful fireplace. We would definitely stay here again

Suzy is an awesome host! The home is in a lovely neighborhood. The home itself has everything you need and is in close proximity to Hilo, which is nice.
