During our seventeen days in Cuba we stayed in Casa Nini for two periods. Really enjoyed!! A great Airbnb experience is for us, including getting good and relevant information in advance and during your stay. What we got here: Both from Nini in advance of your stay and by Franci during your stay. Franci conjured out lovely breakfasts and dinners. She assisted us with anything we needed help with, if it was to organize a ride, tip about restaurants and book tables to plan excursions and provide input on activities. In Franci, you get a hostess who expertly balances accessibility and privacy. But the most important thing was probably the good vibe she contributed to. A stay at Casa Nini will enrich your stay in Cuba. The roof terrace was used a lot. Both for meals and relaxation. Here you could retreat while you could sit on the edge and observe life down the street. We also have to mention that we got very good and safe drivers organized by Casa Nini.

We had a wonderful stay at casa densil. However, it’s important to note the following: - if you are looking for a 5-star luxury stay in a high end neighborhood, this may not be for you. - if you are looking to live amongst the people, experience the culture, and truly see the city, this is the place for you We always felt safe walking (we didn’t typically stay out past 10pm), but the neighborhood(s) surrounding casa densil are pretty run down. But the location was great for us as we were able to walk almost anywhere within 10-15 min. The amenities were limited, but we had hot running water, electricity, food & beverage, beds and functioning air conditioning However, what made casa densil an unforgettable stay was less about the location and amenities, it was the people. I will fail to name them all, but we literally had 9 people committed around the clock to making our stay memorable. They were swift to help us out with literally anything. We will never forget them!

An authentic Cuban finca all for yourself, with a spacious clean and neat house and a huge garden with fruit trees. My partner and I felt at home here, and always so well taken care of by the utterly and genuinely friendly hosts. We missed these people and the place as soon as we left. We enjoyed daily short strolls to the nearby village Barreras (for buying produce etc), and the around 45 min walk to the most gorgeous beach nearby. One can also take taxi to the beach, and to the bigger and busier beach-town Guanabo. It may be smart to bring your own mosquito net/tent, but only for the twilight and early mornings, even though we rarely got bitten. The kitchen is spaceous and has all the basics. I can warmly recommend it, with its local Cuban charm and the most helpful and exellent hosts. This place is a gem!

We stayed for 3 weeks, and would return. This review must start with the world class hosts Janet and Victor who were always responsive and soooo helpful. The unit was clean and had everything was as described. We discovered many good restaurants in town, and the beach was private and very nice.

I’ve stood at this same apartment before and will always stay Gerardo’s apartment. He’s he’s a great host, 5 stars. I really consider him a member of my extended family. The apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood. Much better and safer than Old Havana. Raquel is the lady that cooks and cleans. She is a sweetheart, she’s very kind and attentive towards her job. Her breakfast is better than any restaurant or hotel in this city. All you have to do is ask, and they will try get any juice or bacon and yogurt flavors you want. Please remember that in Cuba it’s difficult to certain foods, this isn’t thier fault if it’s not available. They will try their best to accommodate in every way. Tours, excursions day trips to Vinales, taxis to any part of Havana at reasonable prices. Don’t hesitate and book this apartment, you will not be disappointed.

Right in the center of Plaza Vieja which is one of the main tourist destinations in Habana. Water pressure, A.C., water heater, electricity reliability were all great. * One thing to keep in mind is there are inside stairs to go from the living room to the bedroom and bathroom.

Very happy to have stayed with Yurguen from the beginning to the end she cared about every need or demand we had , she went to pick us up at the airport, she is very helpful , responsible, honest, friendly , she made us feel at home with every detail she had , super recommended . He always helped us with every situation, for example, we were presented with a personal problem, something external with the airbnb and he supported us quite a bit in resolving it, he became our friend. The apartment is very nice, quite contemporary , water and gas was never a problem , with an air conditioning that works quite well , it has a comfortable glass table to read or study , a balcony to go out for a rich cup of coffee and a quite comfortable bed, certainly my best decision.

An excellent hosting experience, the hosts do a great job, the place is too nice, we stayed with a great experience, we would definitely hire again.

The host Ramon was very attentive and responsive as well his assistant Alex was flexible with our check in hours and was always there to help out. Overall great place and location with good beds and living room and well set up bathrooms with hot water. The view is amazing but only limited due to on going building construction as the scalfolde obstructs 75% as well the front of the building is very old but highly secured to park our car on the street. Look forward to staying there again next time I visit.

What an exceptional place. I fell in love with this apartment two years ago & had to return; it is truly incredible. The entire team, but especially the manager Karen, are so wonderful and helpful, going out of their way to ensure the entirety of the trip is flawless. I could use this entire space to thank Karen & the team, but I will just say they are the best. Next, the space itself is brilliant. It is clear the owners are artists; every detail is so intentional. The balcony is wonderful, living room stunning, kitchen perfect, and the bedrooms far exceed any expectation you could have. In fact, I have had the best sleeps of my life in that bed. It is very helpful that the apartment has a phone with wifi that you can use and take with you. The location is really great as well: a quick 10 minute walk to Habana Vieja, the Malecon, taxis to Vedado or other parts, restaurants, stores, etc. I truly love this place & will always have to make a stop on my trips back :) gracias por todos

Jorge simpre respectful and all his recommendations as a local were very useful and above all reliable since he always speaks to the truth and was always looking for the best option in local food, tours, taxis, mobility in general I look forward to helping you at all times. we will definitely return to Jorge's house which was like our house throughout our stay in Havana.

If you want to live between local society and feel the real climate of Cuba, this place is perfect for you. A very helpful caretaker of Felix's apartment will make you feel at home. Thank you for having a great time at your place ☺️

The description and pictures of the Airbnb was exactly as advertised. Always responsive to any questions or needs that I had before and during my stay. Helped with taxi service to and from airport, even when a tour cancelled they were there for me to find an alternative. Wonderful experience, two restaurants right at the corner that were delicious, and a little store to provide a few necessary items. Would book again, and recommend.

Fantastic stay. On the edge of Old Havana but 2 with blocks of separation that provide a perfect noise buffer. Fantastic & communicative host. Beautiful views from the apartment.

they were very helpful with everything from the airport to the day I was going to leave. They were great people. They provided me with a sim card. They took me from the airport. They broke my money at the most affordable price. After leaving there, I also stayed with the news for a few more days. Again, when I needed help, they immediately supported me. Cuba is a country with some shortcomings to travel. So it is very important to find reliable people. For this reason, I recommend this place to everyone.
