Monthly Rentals in Hartsgrove Township

Beautiful and peaceful little garage/studio apartment. It’s not really meant for couples. Maybe more for like a single person or 3 single friends. The water comes from a well and has a sulfur smell which is common according to the internet. If you have a sensitive nose I would not recommend staying here. (Water smells like Nair or burnt hair) other than that we loved staying here. Super quite!

Fantastic place and host, perfect for my mostly work-from-home stay! Clean and quiet, plenty of space, in-unit laundry, on-site parking. Minutes walk to all the restaurants, coffee shops, etc, the Willoughby downtown historic district has to offer. I would be happy to return, thank you Kevin for being so welcoming!

Cassie was a great host! We truly enjoyed our stay! We were very thankful there was a shovel because we got several inches of snow during our stay. We were really appreciative that Cassie arranged for a snow plow to take care of the driveway for us before we left the next morning after a snowfall.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Pat’s place and for us personally, it checks every box for us as far as Airbnb’s go. It’s reasonably priced - all furniture is incredibly comfortable. It has a king size bed. It has a little kitchenette if you want to heat anything up or enjoy coffee or tea - it has the coziest electric fireplace - and our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We loved spending the end of our day in there. We look forward to coming back again!
