Very cute place and was exactly what we needed for a relatively short stay, but we would definitely stay longer!! The neighborhood was very safe and there was so much good food nearby. The host left a cute booklet describing how the airbnb came to be and it was a fun read. Very home-y. Will definitely stay again if we end up in this area again! :-)

Stayed for three days. Place was as described, cozy. Wish they would provide broom, dust pan, shelf for cosmetics and towel rack in bathroom. The hot water issue is fixed, no problem getting a hot shower. Appreciated the remodeled bathroom and black out curtains in bedroom. Easy to get anywhere from this location.

My brother and I had a fabulous stay a Matthew and Meredith’s place! The apartment is simple but elegantly decorated and very clean. Communicating with the hosts was a breeze — they were super responsive. And Hamtramck ended up being a great home base for us. Since we did not rent a car, it was great to be in a walkable neighborhood with stores and great restaurants close by, and it was easy to get an Uber to other parts of town. Overall, this was a fantastic place and I’d highly recommend it.
