Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe, boat ramp . You cannot get closer. We are 20 mins from Hobbiton, 25 mins to world famous Hamilton Gardens, 55 mins to Rotorua, and 40 min to Waitomo caves. A great 2-3 day round trip. The unit has two bedrooms with ensuites, its own lounge area and kitchenette . Room 1 has a King size bed and Room 2 two king singles. There is also a double sofabed.

What a place! This is a stunning caravan that feels so lux. Gorgeous decor lovingly put together. Sooooo comfy. The girls thought it was amazing and loved their bunks. All the amenities. Incredible location with a beautiful view to wake up to. Great wifi reception. So thoughtfully put together with a lovely picnic bench and fireplace ready for roasting s’mores. Everything at this property was beautiful! The bed was comfortable & everything was incredibly clean. Details such as coffee, milk, & light breakfast were appreciated. The host even left a special treat for us. The property had its own unique charm….with artwork, well maintained living plants, and an exceptional private backyard space—that was perfect to relax & unwind from a busy day. Lake Rotoroa was easily walkable, but walk to city center/riverwalk/reataurants was about 30 minutes by foot. Overall, would highly recommend staying here! We hope to return again soon.

Stunning Lake Views & Hospital Location

We were so thankful to land at Ksenia’s place - absolutely gorgeous view of the lake and the home was perfect for our families first 2 weeks in NZ. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are 2 heat pumps which made it very comfy in the warmer evenings and the windows all open to allow the air flow as well. We were thankful for the washer and dryer and the security. It is rather exposed to everyone walking/running around on the path around the lake, but we found we enjoyed hearing people chatting a families laughing as they passed and the window coverings provide a ton of privacy when you want that as well.

What a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay so much! The privacy we get is what we needed, the view from our room is better than in the photo. The place is clean and very modern. We havent met the host but we will definitely stay in there again if we needed a place in Hamilton. We will give it a Perfect 10!

Novell answered all my questions very carefully. The room, kitchen and bathroom were clean and bright. The uncle and aunt were also very hospitable. We had a great chat. Although it rained in Hamilton these few days and I basically didn't go out much, the stay experience was very good and I was very happy to stay in Novell's house.

The bnb was exactly as described. The room was really nice, spacious, comfortable and self-contained with a really lovely sized bathroom . There are basic cooking facilities that can be used and getting in and out was really easy because of the clear instructions. Linh was very responsive and really friendly. The bnb also had a bus stop close by so transport around the city was easy. The one thing to note is that if you are trying to find parking, this is only easily available in the evenings. Overall, would recommend and would return.

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!
