Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gümüşlük

Nice property in Bitez with sport corner and really well-kept territory. We had a very pleasant stay here. Personnel on reception was extremely responsive. Just couple of steps to perfection: 1) Remove the rule “2 devices per person” for internet – that was not convenient. 2) Improve quality of cleaning: for example, curtains smell like they were washed in 19-th century.

Really nice house with a little pool. Everything was smooth.

Great aparthotel with a private area and a swimming pool. Only in winter is a very cold tile floor. Missing slippers!

I spent a total of 10 days here. It was everything it showed in advert , the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was was very clean , food was amazing. I would definitely return . Situated in an ideal location literally 5 minuet walk to a beach , short trip into bodrum town. Highly recommend

10/10 recommend to stay at this hotel. We stayed for two nights during the weekend and enjoyed every part of it! -nice room with a pool view -super comfortable beds -amazing breakfast included -yoga/sports place But our favourite part of the stay was definitely cats! They live in the hotel garden/territory and they were so lovely and visited us on the balcony for some pets 🤍

Very nice and comfortable apartment and balcony with pool view, with 3 excellent parking facilities. Very sweet staff and cleaners. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely cone back again.

We stayed a month in one of the middle-floor apartments (there are three floors: ground, middle and top). We loved every moment of our stay. The flat itself was clean and spacious. We had a large balcony area, which was perfect for working. The grounds are usually quiet and peaceful (very occasionally, there was noisy generic dance music coming from outside the grounds - probably unavoidable in a prime holiday destination. But it was only very occasional, and never at night). The grounds are lovingly looked after: tidy, green, and full of beautiful bougainvillea. The pool was clean and a very good size. The staff were always helpful when we needed something and came every day to collect our rubbish bags. There’s a good supermarket - Macro - 10 minutes on foot. Flats nearer the pool/restaurant area inevitably have a bit less privacy. If privacy is more important to you than a view of the pool, ask for a flat on the edge of the grounds. 10/10. A lovely place to stay!

Michalis is a very fun Greek host. He knows exactly how to deal with hostal guests and restaurant guests. His resturant is a top recommendation on the island (Pita&Tzatziki, Lamb and Calamari are excellent). He is a generous host who has enchanted our vacation in his Greek way! The apartment was very new and clean, the bathroom was very nice with a large shower head. Everything is kept simple, which I and my girlfriend personally like very much. Another tip from our side is Rias Beach on the beach of Marmari, which is within walking distance (800 meters approx.). For €10 per day you get two excellent sunbeds, with sun protection. At the same time, you can enjoy the day with delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices (beer €3). All in all, it was a very nice holiday for both of us in Marmari and we are more than satisfied with our hosts Michalis. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay, the place was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our kids also enjoyed the stay, they had freedom to move around, and they really enjoyed riding with the bicycles. It is near the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to any family. Thank you very much!

Apartment is great, it is quiet, well equipped. It has nice restaurants around, beaches are close, I don’t have anything bad to say.

Great hotel, great service, beautiful place!

I am so happy I chose Özlem’s Airbnb to stay during my vacation. She was very welcoming and sweet. ❤️The location is ideal: close to all the hotspots and fancy beach clubs, close to the luxurious marina, but also a lot of local places. She is very clean and keeps everything tidy. I felt right at home. I would recommend it 100% if you are looking for a place in Bodrum. Özlem was the perfect hostess and I will definitely come again! 😄

The studio is nice and cosy sourrounded by other beautiful little houses that share a yard. Michalis is a great host and he running the tavern next door (which you cannot hear) serving excelllent food. Marmari beach and a supermarket are in walking distance and Tigaki beach about 15 minutes away by car. The interior of the house is nice and modern with a second apartment on top for other guests. However, if you want to cook there is only one plate on the stove and if you have children, there was no plastic tub available, so you have to manage somehow using the shower. But apart from these minor inconveniences, the place is worth a trip! You can have a coffee in the morning while the sun comes up over the mountaintip.
