Holiday rentals with a patio in Gümüldür Cumhuriyet

It was a lot better than the hotel, and we felt comfortable like our own home, everything was quite enough, everything is spotlessly clean We were extremely satisfied, even unused toothbrushes, as a gift, the host is thoughtful and very interested in the house, we stayed for 3 days, but it was definitely very nice

Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

We stayed in same house second time in one year. Everything was good. Dimitris is very interesting with our needs and he reverts in 3-5 minutes for our messages. He puts some foods and drinks for your enjoying. I strongly suggest to everybody to rent this house.

It was absolutely as described. The rooms were clean, convenient and spacious. The kitchen utensils were quite sufficient, we were able to use 4 people very comfortably. We had a small hot water problem, but Mr. Berkan and his father immediately took care of it and found a solution. The garden is very well thought out, it had a very large area where you can take a walk and get some air, and in terms of calmness, it is a good option where you can retreat away from the busyness of the area. We had a very nice holiday for 4 people. It was definitely a place we were planning to come to in the summer.

Dear Sezen answered all questions with interest and has great communication. RU is a private space where comfort is offered together with aesthetics full of details. There's definitely more to it than the photos. I also have constructive criticism for this place, of course, but it's still a very new place. I think we were one of the first few guests. My stay at Angela's place in Samos was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stayed wonderfully cool even on the hottest days. We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. Hidden gem, tucked away from the centre of town but within walking distance. On a beautiful property with a lovely dog and fantastic hosts. You’ll feel at home here.

Ms. Selda is a very positive, well-intentioned and helpful host. Very helpful from the moment we reached out. When we got home, everything was as stated. There was nothing that wasn't working or missing. Many details were considered for the comfort of guests. We felt like we were in a nearby home. Operated shutters, powerful air conditioning, and fans allow you to sleep comfortably even during the day. Kitchen utensils, white goods are new and useful. The neighbors are friendly and gracious people. The house is beachfront and in a tranquil neighborhood. The garden is quite spacious. There are many trees in the remaining part of the garden. While the children are playing on the lawn, you can sip your coffee in the gazebo and watch the sea. Perfect for family with kids. We had a pleasant, peaceful holiday with my family.

The house is from Danjel is top! Wonderfully spacious, two large bedrooms and nice bathroom. The cot was already ready upon arrival, so that our baby could immediately sleep well after the trip. Outside we had two large terraces to eat and relax. The house had a fast wifi connection and well-functioning air conditioning (needed on the hot days). The location is great: walking distance to beach, downtown and the parking for our rental car. The contact with the host Danjel was very nice, he was very friendly and always available for questions or tips. In short, highly recommended and will definitely like to go here again!

This was a bright, roomy apartment with multiple windows for fresh air and viewing. It is in a location that catches sea breezes, reducing need for AC. We particularly liked that it was an easy walk into the center of Fourni.

It’s a very clean and spacious apartment in a great location, right in the center yet very quite and private. Elena was a very welcoming, responsive, friendly and helpful host. The house had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed small balconies and the garden. We had the perfect time, highly recommend this beautiful place.
