Holiday rentals with a patio in Guatemala Department

Very convenient, the entrance was very friendly , locality is safe , there are enough towels and bedspreads , Eugenia is very friendly , if we need to return we would stay again at this property, the quiet and convenient area as there are cafes and places of convenience nearby.

Very good place , the space and conditioning of everything was perfect, very good location and the hosts are very attentive and entertaining. RECOMMENDED!!!

Pedro's apartment is now a family reference of the place to stay on visits to the city. Clean, spacious, very equipped and with a very good location. Pedro was very attentive during our stay and his response time was excellent. I highly recommend it for short visits and it's perfect for long stays (weeks). No noise from cars on the road that won't let you rest and it's a neighborhood that feels pretty safe. We really appreciated our stay 😊

Pictures literally don’t do this place a justice! The rooftop and back courtyard are enchanting. Place is immaculately beautiful, with unmatched views. Easy to walk into town and conveniently located by some amazing restaurants and cafe. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive! Mirna, the cohost, and caretaker, was the star of the show! Incredibly sweet and thoughtful! Gave us lots of recommendations and made us feel write at home! If you are anywhere near Antigua, you have to stay at this little slice of paradise!

The photos of this house, they stay cut for how beautiful it is, the views of the volcanoes, the terrace, everything is beautiful, I will definitely go back to the city and I will stay in their house again, it is too beautiful, if you go with a big family, this is an excellent option. I'm amazed

Exceptionally beautiful home that has the perfect blend of modern comforts and the preservation of a colonial home. I have stayed a several Airbnbs in Antigua and this home is probably one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever stayed in. I will definitely be booking this location again. There is privacy between each bedroom and common spaces on the patio/courtyard which we used to share meals together as a family. We also enjoyed the hammocks on the rooftop after a day walking around on cobblestone streets. There are restaurants and little stores within walking distance which is always a plus. I also appreciated the large shower and bed! Some Airbnbs in Antigua have the tiniest bathrooms. The street outside is a little noisy, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. However, the noise was not enough for me to prevent me from returning in the future. Overall, this place is absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, safe, and comfortable.

We loved it! Although we enjoyed it a few days, the apartment has an incredible view, it is comfortable, the decor and environments are tasteful. The entrance to the condominium was easier than expected however it took us a little to access the door as such but we did it. Would go back! Thank you,

Everything is excellent!! Very nice spacious apartment… clean , I charm that 1 room had its own private bathroom…👌🏻 very easy access … only the only thing that is very noisy the place you can hear the buses and people talking about the other apartments… but as we were tired it did not affect us so much but it is not for delicate people in that aspect that they do not like any noise … for the sake of everything very excellent🪄☺️…! We would definitely go back ❤️

A very nice and modern apartment near Cayalá. The building is new and in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed, good kitchen, laundry, a gym downstairs, good internet, and helpful staff 24/7 in the building. It is quite dark and quiet most of the time so it is a great place to get good sleep. Once in a while there is noise from town, fireworks shows for 20-30mins and concerts that go for a few hours late into the night. There is not much natural light and there is no heater so it was quite cold inside, but there’s a nice big fuzzy blanket that kept me warm. Overall, great place and a great host. Would recommend.
