Great stay for work trip in Guatemala City. Conveniently located. Very clean and cozy.

Upon arrival, everything was precisely as Jorge offered, which gave us an incredible feeling of trust in our expectations from day one onwards. We stayed for a month and fell in love with the apartment locations and amenities. Jorge is a very enthusiastic host with great communication skills, letting us know about situations in the country while we stayed. Jorge was open to promptly fulfilling our requests and responded to our messages efficiently. For all the reasons abovementioned, we strongly recommend Jorge's apartment to anybody looking for a great location and accommodation in the heart of Guatemala City. My family and I loved staying here! The location is great. The apartment is across the street from the Pullmantur drop off, which made arriving and departing from Guatemala really easy. The apartment is also walking distance from malls like Fontabella and Oakland Place. The apartment was squeaky clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The views of the city were great. Thank you so much Joshua! We can’t wait to go back :)

Rebecca’s place was incredible! Mirna picked us up at the airport and brought us straight there, explained how everything worked, and gave local recommendations. She was such a sweetheart. We loved chatting with her and she made us feel so welcome. The place is lovely, the plants are such a nice touch and the rooftop terrace was our favorite part! The location is perfect! Not too close but not too far, easily walkable all around the town. I wish we stayed longer, and hope to come back some day!

Una casa muy linda y acogedora. La casa es antigua pero la tienen muy bien cuidada y los muebles son todos bonitos. Sin duda te quedan ganas de volver a ir.

Jc's place was amazing, the view from the 17th floor is awesome, this is a city view with the planes coming in and out (no the noise from the planes does not affect sleep or anything, the windows close and really keep the sound out), I love cities and city views so this was awesome in my opinion. The jacuzzi was perfect and ready to use, Jc had the jacuzzi prefilled, ready to hop in and out as you desired/wanted. This is a two story apartment, the dining room, kitchen and balcony with jacuzzi is on the first floor with a half bath and the rooms etc are downstairs, I did not realize that and made it even better since it provided a lot of real estate to move around in. Thanks again!
