Excellent host and very nice house to rest and connect with the environment. The photos do not justify the beautiful house and environment, especially the beautiful views of the volcanoes... it is much better in reality than in the photos to be able to capture the beautiful environment. I would return to this place as many times as I could.

a little oasis in antigua. spotlessly clean, and just an extremely pleasant and serene place away from the hubbub of downtown Antigua. Staff and owner are great too! Not a lot in the immediate neighborhood, but a 15-20 minute walk to downtown, and easy to get an Uber for $3 or 4.

Note that 24B does not have a terrace. However, the place is absolutely wonderful and given how central it is in Antigua, you don't really need a terrace if you go for a nice walk.

This place is beautiful and the hosts are very friendly. The place is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Antigua, so you will need your own car or you can also take Ubers, which is what I did. There is no gym, but they have some free weights if you need. The hosts are very responsive and helpful and live on the premises. Note that bringing over friends or guests during your stay is a limited possibility. The pool is great and the views of surrounding volcanoes is too.

Great house in a great location just a short drive into town. The house is in a nice quite neighborhood and the outdoor spaces upstairs on the roof were awesome! I would stay here again if in Antigua, highly recommended.

Very beautiful place with everything you need and close to the old town

Great Stay, well equipped, professionally managed and much more cleaner than say a Kipper stay. Highly recommend due to the location, which is close to cafes, restaurants, and shops...

Alessandra’s place was just as listed. Absolutely beautiful place, great location and it felt very secure. We would stay here again without question as it represented a great value. Recommended.

My wife and I appreciated waking up to the sound of nature from inside Karla's beautiful villa. The villa itself is particularly beautiful in the way that it was designed and constructed. There's plenty of space with an open-feeling to the room along with a delightful balcony that is most exquisite. The solitude of total relaxation is the warm invitation to this villa. We felt very safe in the gated community found in an upscale part of town. It's located within walking distance to the center square as we walked back and forth several times for the exercise. If you get tired, there are plenty of tuk tuks available to take you around. Karla was most welcoming and was quick to respond to our needs. She helped to resolve any issue we had and even arranged last minute transportation to Panajachel when we needed it. Out of all the Airbnb listings that were available for the price, I'm confident that Karla's place was well worth the value to stay there.

Norma was very nice . She answers very fast and is very polite. Good host . The place was very near to a place were we had an event so it was perfectly located for us.

Rick was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our check in/check out schedule. Rick, Ricardo and Jose were also very response to questions and request. The breakfast prepared by Ricardo and Jose was excellent and being able to just sit on the roof for breakfast and chatting with the rest of our party was such a relaxing experience. Having the cleaning/maintenance done each day was also very much appreciated with our group's schedule. The space easily accommodates the 12 people max that is posted - there were enough bathrooms and space for everyone. We would highly recommend this stay for anyone!

Only thing was the bathrooms not private at all 2 showers together a little bit weird bc of the that I won’t stay here again

The house is beautiful, the Guardian super friendly, everything just like the pictures. Super recommended to go. The pool water is warm. There is hot water in the showers They fit quite a few cars.

We had an excellent time at this house in Antigua. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and allowed us to check in early due to our very early flight arrivals. The house is amazing, with the outdoor pool area being an amazing spot to hang. What really stood out was the staff that is there to help, so amazing and helpful. They shopped for us and cooked us a breakfast and lunch that was absolutely amazing, better than restaurants. No need to go out in search of local food when you have them. Had an amazing time.

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Lucia was very friendly. The place is gorgeous inside out. very conveniently located if you want to be out if the noise if Antigua yet very close from it.

Stayed 4 nights with family in Feb 2025. Excellent accommodation & facilities with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, washing machine & drier, TV with streaming services etc. Didn't use the pool but looked nice. The casita is tucked down the back of a gated community so is very secure & quiet. An oasis in a busy town. It's probably 15 mins walk to the Parque Central with a couple of surprisingly good Asian restaurants nearby (Masil for Korean, Wow Thai). We also enjoyed Por Que No and Maxan. Julie & team were super-responsive & we appreciated the late check out on the last day. Recommended.
