Monthly Rentals in Greenfield Beach

We found Chris’s place a very quiet peaceful place with a beautifully manicured garden. A lovely view of the bay! Chris himself was very friendly and personable .Just some ideas.. Some power boards beside the bed would be a helpful addition to facilitate charging mobile phones. Adding a roll of paper towels for use in the kitchen would be handy too. We really enjoyed our stay in Vincentia and can’t wait to return.

This place is perfect! Cleaner than clean, modern, has everything you need and is expertly run by 2 lovely hosts. It’s like a private hotel by the beach! Communication and check in were great, beds were super comfy, the place stays nicely cool throughout the evening/night but has air con if you need it. Although it was just the 2 of us this place would suit 2 couples or a family really well at amazing value. Highly recommended and would stay again for sure! Thanks Bel & G!

Excellent communication and attentiveness from start to finish, and throughout. The space was clean, tidy and very spacious. There was exceptional attention to detail with small instructions left around the place so that you could find anything you needed. The availability of (many) useful little things like toothbrushes, sunscreen, sauce and milk really showed the thoughtfulness that has gone into the property. There were even a couple of extra treats in the fridge.
