Great location, walkable distance to most sights. Restaurants, and fun activities are all available nearby. The only thing I would mention that there is a restaurant/club right under the window. It was pretty noisy during the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs and close the window.

Lizzy’s place was beautiful. Honestly prettier than the pictures! The location was so quiet, so private and so serene. Lizzy and hosts were very helpful, happy and immediately greeted us. Lizzy was also very response. The accommodations were very sweet, clean and spacious! We would absolutely go back.

Lovely place and amazing host. Next to the city with a beautiful view. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The only little issue is the bad soundproofing of the house. The noises from the flat above can be disturbing if you are noise sensitive.

Absolutely stunning view! We went outside of prime tourism season on purpose, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. We were met at the water taxi for help getting our luggage up to the house (thanks, Spiros!) and our host was very responsive and helpful with questions - and tons of great local recommendations! It is up about 50 stairs from the small harbor, so tough if anyone in your party has mobility issues. But the experience is absolutely worth it! Highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend staying here for your next visit in Crete. The home is immaculate. I love that every room has its own bathroom and shower. The view is so beautiful, every morning I would gasp. The owner is so kind, responsive and helpful. Loved eating at the restaurants below. Walking to town was beautiful and only about 20-30 minutes. The enchanting house is a real gem. Located right on the coast, you sleep in & wake up to the sound of the surf. Right in front of the bedrooms, the sea begins & invites you to take a morning walk or bath. Perfect seclusion in a grove of lemon & olive trees off the street & the neighbors. Tastefully minimalist furnishings, no unnecessary stuff, loving reception by Eleonora. It is the small attentive gestures that make the stay as pleasant as the bowl with the delicious lemons, clementines, ouzo & small sweets or the generously sized supplies of Nespresso capsules. The fully equipped kitchen really offers everything for cooking if you don't visit one of the wonderful restaurants. The two loungers by the house tempt you to enjoy reading all day with a glass of wine or a delicious espresso overlooking the sea. We miss this wonderful place already.

We had an unforgettable stay in the seastar house! It is a real little paradise with its private access to the sea ( you fall asleep to the sound of the waves), its dream sunset and its ideal location. The absolutely adorable host picked us up on the road to guide us, gave us good advice to visit the place and answered any questions we had. Delicious homemade cakes and delicious candied figs were waiting for us upon arrival. The house is small but very well arranged; the kitchen is well equipped, beach slippers and towels are available, there are several spots around the house to eat, rest, barbecue or lounge on a hammock. Parking is available which is very convenient. You can walk to a nearby taverna. But once there you are in paradise between the sea and the flowers; you no longer want to leave at all. We had the most wonderful stay here the proximity to the pebble Beach was a highlight and the bright lights of kalamata only 15 min by car. Maria was the perfect host.

From the moment we checked in, to the time we checked up, our stay was a pleasure. The house was exactly what we were looking for.

This studio has a far better verandah and view than the pictures show . It is a wonderful place to stay ! Great space cleverly designed to fit it all into a small space . Light bright and close to all of the port bars and restaurants . Parking close too . Book a small car for ease . Bed big and comfortable . Swimming at bottom of steps right below us was fabulous . Giannis is a great host , responsive and helpful . Amorgos our favorite island and this studio the best accomodation there .

The flat is a good fit for a family of 4 or 5 for some days. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect to explore Aegina. In Perdika you have everything in walking distance: beach, restaurants, stores. And host Raphael was very responsive and helped out when we had a question.

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

We were basically satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us around and explained everything important in and around the apartment. The only downside is that the apartment is located on Riviera-Straße and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owner are highly recommended.

The apartment is optimal. You have a beautiful view of the sea, exactly as shown in the photos. Angelo and his mom were great hosts and responded immediately to questions. Everything was clean and in good condition. We definitely recommend the place.

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.
