A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The house is situated in a tranquil and safe neighborhood with mini markets, grocery stores, banks and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes’ walk to Acropolis temple, museum and famous Plaka! The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. Easy to park your car exactly outside the house. The house is located at a very safe and quiet neighborhood. You will be able to relax,rest and enjoy your holidays!

The new home is located in the town centre on a hill, next to a small wood, with a view to the olive groves and the city which can be seen in the distance. It is ideal for a family with kids because there is a garden. The airport is a 5 minute drive and the Rafina harbor is 10 minutes by car. The building is full of the Athenian light. It is located in the highest part of the town of Spata yet it is only 150 metres from the town centre, near the supermarket, bakeries, coffee shops and pharmacy.

Comfortable parking erea, close to: 12 min to Athens airport, 2 min to metro, 5 min to Greece bigest Zoo, 5 min Mc. Arthur designers outlet open mall, 25 min to Athens center.. It's beter to use the metro to visit the center of Athens, our metro station "KANTZA" is 3min from the house by car, you can park there for free and in 25min you can be at syntagma Square, monastiraki or Acropolis :-)
