I stayed at this accommodation from December 26 to January 25 for a month and had an amazing time. The place was clean and comfortable, and its proximity to the Avenue M subway station made it very convenient to explore all around New York. Additionally, it was easy to get groceries on Kings Avenue, which was incredibly helpful for a long-term stay. The host’s attention to detail was exceptional, and they ensured I had a comfortable experience by responding quickly and thoughtfully to all my needs. I made wonderful memories during my month in New York and highly recommend this place!

Great AirBnB. Hosts are kind & very responsive. The space itself is very comfortable. Supermarket, laundry, dry cleaning, Walgreen's are about a 10 or 15 minute walk. There is a nature trail a few blocks from there which is near a large park (Marine Park) Literally 5 minutes away are a Deli which makes sandwiches, salads, and carries a very good selection of groceries, pizzeria, Italian restaurant, and large park (Marine Park) Another steakhouse is a 10 minute walk. Location is very close to public transportation. Local bus -B31 takes you to the subway on Kings Highway and there the trains take you to the famous Coney Island or to Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. ThThe current fare is $2.90 there is also an Express Bus (BM4) which runs every day except Sunday & holidays which takes you into Manhattan. Current fare is $7? I think you can add an app to your phone to charge fares to a credit card -check with MTA (for info & schedules) and OMNY .
