Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Geriş Mahallesi

We spent a week with our family of three in August. The place where we stayed was a detached two-story house in a quiet corner of Gumusluk, in the garden, the upper floor was reserved for guests and fully arranged. Our hosts were friendly, friendly, welcoming people. It was a nice vacation for us. I will always remember it as a place that I can recommend to my friends and friends with peace of mind.

We particularly enjoyed the accommodation. On the one hand, the place is nicer than the pictures show. In addition, the accommodation is nicely decorated and clean. The furniture and equipment are new and not worn. The location is great because it is quiet around the villa and yet you are very close to the city and thus to restaurants bars and clubs. So you have everything from yours. The pool area has sun all day, so you can sunbathe and take advantage of it in peace. The owners and staff of the property are available at all times and the communication is great. This place is super recommended. They are super cute cats in the area who crave love and attention. This was the most beautiful thing we were able to experience on our vacation.

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

Ms. Eda was a very kind host and was very caring at the same time. It made me feel like I was a guest in a friend's house. Other than that, the location and authentic atmosphere of the house made for a nice experience 👍🏻

We've just returned from a totally magical holiday staying in Maria's home from home. It's truly an oasis of calm in a beautiful setting with a great outdoor space for chilling. We wanted to have a lovely Greek experience, rather than an ultra modern space, that could have been anywhere . . .and we got just that. Maria's place was just what the three of us wanted, enough space not to feel crowded, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely modern bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace looking over the garden and the hammock was well used for a relaxing read. We even had a very vocal, friendly kitty who greeted us daily on our return from exploring the island. There's a great local supermarket close by and the waterfront and restaurants easy to reach. Kos town is close enough to dip your toes into "busy" if you fancy. Maria was always available if you needed advice or help, a lovely lady. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you Maria xx

We enjoyed our out of season visit. Apartment was comfortable and as expected from pictures. The beach was 5 mins walk away from property. Great local council cafe for tea and snacks by the beach. Nice hilly walk to the historical windmills with fabulous views. Dolmus bus service every 5 mins to Bodrum Toen where there is a larger Migros supermarket by Ottoger (bus station). Fruit & veg markets Thurs & Fri at the Bodrum Ottoger. Smaller supermarkets and some restaurants open in Gumbet in November but we cooked a lot in the apartment unless we went out. sightseeing.

It was a very nice stay! The large terrace was wonderful and there was everything you need. I would book it again!! Thanks also to George who was very helpful and always checked on our well being.

We are really happy to have found this place. Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, especially for longer stays, it’s great. The staff is the great mix of professional and friendly. They were very welcoming with our (sometimes overly active) kids. The garden is beautifully made and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Probably the best Airbnb we stayed in: very clean apartment, as described, comfortable bedding, 2 private terraces with views, very well located 10 minutes from the center, quiet, super super well equipped, very convenient when traveling light: towels, beach towels, shampoo, after shampoo, washing machine, there is everything! A/C, storage, Netflix, wifi, everything to prepare food and everything you need for morning breakfast, luxury! And then there is Dina & Maria, attentive if needed, of great kindness who welcomed us super well: tips, bus schedules, map of the island and small gifts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Really the BEST of the BEST, you won't be able to fall better. Thank you again Dina & Maria for everything, your apartment as well as your welcome was a real asset for a successful holiday.

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!

Beautiful villa in a good and quiet location with great and wide views over the sea to Turkey. Beautiful terrace with large swimming pool, plenty of good quality loungers, a lounge area, whirlpool,... Very accommodating, always available hosts with warm service by Maria. We felt very comfortable!

The view was amazing. Very nice villa in a location 5 minutes from the center of Bodrum and very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

We stayed with two families at Ms. Gülşen's house for 10 days. We had an experience that exceeded our expectations. The location of the house, the amenities offered in every sense of the item capacity were amazing. The smiling face and beautiful heart of Ms. Dilek, who helped us with everything, made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Hosts immediately took care of any issues that may occur. We're already making plans for the next years and can't wait. We never wanted it to end and it tasted in our palate. We had a super 10 days that we were satisfied with every moment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and recommend.

Even though it was October in this villa, we had unforgettable days from the summer with a warm weather. The villa greeted us with its magnificent view when we first entered. The furniture is stylish, modern and very tastefully furnished, it made us feel special from the first moment. It was a magnificent detail that all bedrooms had unobstructed views of the sea and had their own bathroom-WC in each room. We didn't have a fight in which room to stay in:) All the items you might need in the kitchen have been considered. We prepared both breakfast and dinner just by shopping for Sundays and Groceries. In fact, we intended to have breakfast in the villa and eat out in the evening. But we didn't want to miss that gorgeous sunset with a view of the kitchen. Cooking had never been such a pleasure. The barbecue corner of the villa was also very well thought out. We enjoyed a nice barbecue on a warm Mediterranean evening. It was also easy for us to have a washing machine and dryer. We have a good reason to choose the villa again.

The house was perfect and clean. Burçak still helped us to rent a car and that all went very smoothly. Friendly woman and she was always there for us. I would definitely come back here.

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!

Great location , wonderful place and fantastic host Erkan who was super helpful and proactive with his communication . The house is perfectly located with close proximity to the marina and amenities , groceries . We also rented a car and access from the area was super easy . We highly recommend this place for families or a big group . We will surely come again !
