Monthly Rentals in Gemile Island

We had an incredible few days at Cem’s place. The setting is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains all around. It’s private, peaceful, and feels like a true escape from the world. The property had everything we needed to cook, unwind, and fully relax. The swimming pools and sauna were the cherry on top—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both daytime and evening dips. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway in a beautiful location. We’d love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kayakoy at Baris’s beautiful property. Baris went out of his way to ensure our well-being and assisted with special requests which were greatly appreciated. We loved the more rural, yet central location with the most fabulous restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was clean and spacious, offering everything needed and we found it to be a home away from home. Highly recommended and we would definitely like to return. Thank you Baris for everything!
