Family-friendly holiday rentals in Gelemiş

This was our first destination in Turkey, we had a great time, we were looking for peace and quiet and this is what we found. The pool was great and the whole stay was relaxing and pleasant. We will definitely come back. Many thanks to Semsa and her lovely son.

Very nice house, with a scenic view. It was just like a movie. Only unfortunate thing, was the jacuzzi on the top floor which was cold, and therefore never usef.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at Yucel’s place. Fatih looked after us during our stay and we really felt a sense of warmth and care from him. The farm was a beautiful setting- in the mountains of Kas. It was nice to feel in touch with nature, with the chickens, ducks and the many trees and plants! We could see Yucel created his farm with lots of love. The cabin was nicely decorated and cosy, and had everything we needed. Yucel recommended us lots of places and restaurants to visit, which was very helpful. Thank you for making our trip so special Yucel and Fatih :)

The photos do not serve the villa justice, it is absolutely beautiful, clean and well looked after. It is very well located, easy access to the beach restaurants and activities. Arif is always prepared to help no matter what. He is extremely responsif and kind. You can tell he is proud of his property and makes sure it is as good as possible for his visitors. The proximity to the town and everything you could possibly need is more than handy! I would be more than happy to come back and enjoy the beautiful views and amenities of Arif’s home. I fully recommend!!

The house was really as it looked in the photos. Mr. Yusuf and his esteemed mother, Ms. Ayten, were very hospitable. We were always able to reach them and they completed the shortcomings quickly. Thank you very much. We would like to stay again towards the summer

Great Stay! Host was welcoming and attentive. Clean, comfortable space in a good location. Highly recommended for 4-6 people groups or family!

First of all, the house was very new. All the appliances in the house were working. The common pool was clean and cleaned regularly, the children enjoyed it very much. It is also a great advantage to have A 101 under the house. The only thing I can criticize is that we were able to check in to the house after 17:00. As someone who has worked in the tourism industry for years, I think it would be much better if there is no check-in on the day following the guest checkout. The logic of the hotel is a problem during this kind of house holidays, as you know, the cleaning crews of the hotels are not the ones here and a house is cleaned while only one room is cleaned in the hotels, and this naturally takes time, so the guest who will check in that day is wasted for 1 day, and the house is expected to be ready in the tired heat. Other than that, it was a very nice vacation. I hope we will be at Ms. Orlit's house again next year.

The view and sunsets from the villa's terrace are breathtaking. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated 11 members of our family. Everything was as described, but a few small details could use some attention from the owner. Once again, this villa fully met our expectations, and we can recommend it.

Thank you to Mr. Metin and his son, Mr. Levent. They were in constant contact with us during our stay and responded quickly to all our requests. We loved the house. It was a very peaceful and traditional house. It felt like our own home. It met all our needs, and can say that it adds quite quality. It was a very pleasant place with its fruits and pool in the garden, its terrace and wooden furniture. I can fall on a footnote; the pool is pretty big and deep. We didn't quite get it from the photos. That way, we had a lot more fun. Thanks again. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again. Stay safe:)

It's a small but really nice and cozy apartment! Well designed with a nice balcony! There is almost everything in the kitchen to cook and eat at home! The bed was comfortable! The shower works perfectly! It was really nice surroundings on the farm, you can see nice cats and cute rabbits that were really nice ❤️ But the nicest thing in the apartment is - The view from the balcony and all the windows! It was enchanting, you can see all of Kas! We did it 24 hours a day! So I want to thank you very much Baris for everything! Baris is very kind guy, who was available at all times and helped with everything if we needed help!🙏 I am happy to recommend apartment and promise to come more yours! I miss it already!

Home away from home for us during a one-month stay. Cosy, functional, with proper seaviews. The staff was nice and helpful as well

This is an amazing place with a bathroom in each bedroom it made it so easy for 8 friends to enjoy a holiday together. The pool and patio were great hang-out spots and we had such a great time!

We had the most amazing time, the villa was stunning and we very sad to go home. Pool was great a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) it was perfect, one side a metre deep and the other 2 metres. Never felt unsafe at property very private and secure. A gardener came most days to water plant and tidy outside. local house management Mehmet was great very easy to get hold of. He bought us the large bottles of water at a cost of Approx 130tl and he does a lovely wine as well at 350tl per bottle. Great location very central to old town. Small shop, butchers & veg shop next door 50 metres, bigger supermarket Migros is still only the next street down. Thurs market 150m down the road. However I must stress Kalkan is built on a hill and even though the old town is 10 min walk down hill walking back it’s tough. Even to the migros can be hard work. If your in the town I would get a taxi for 150tl. Traffic is a bit mad around the place as well. We loved this place 100% recommendations.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. Kaan was very responsive and helpful. He greeted us during check-in and was always available to answer questions. While the house was much older than the pictures described both in terms of wall paints and furniture, it was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed and I recommend the place

We really liked the house and the site, it was very close to both the sea and the center in terms of location, and you can reach the sea and the center in 10 minutes on foot. The house was clean, calm, the neighbors were friendly-helpful. It is very suitable for a family stay, there is air conditioning in each room, the sea view on the balcony and on the terrace, the interior design of the house is very nice. The host is caring, kind, when we had a question, they took care of it right away and sent someone to help. We came a long way with my family and they helped us get in 2 hours early. There are only two missing TVs, but there is no satellite - I think this is due to the fact that the people who stay are usually foreign, there is internet, but there is no reception: (Thanks to the instructions provided by the host, we knew the house as our own home, so we adapted very comfortably, thank you for everything:) ! If we stay in Kalkan again, it will definitely be the best option I can think of!

The pool drain can swallow very large pool items, which prevents the pool from being cleaned and renovated. Other than that, everything was perfect. Location, sea access, interest, privacy. Extremely successful

It was a beautiful stay as expected. You may easily prefer this villa if you prefer a calm stay. Everything was as described and shown on details. One minor cons it could be great if it was provided some toiletries like shampoo at least for the first day cause it is not easy to get at that point.

Just back from a five week holiday at Dolphin View in Ayse's apartment which was clean well presented and reasonably well equipped. As the apartment is in B block it was adjacent to the pool, which we pretty much had to ourselves. There are a number of stages of steps down from the road but they were not a problem for us. On the two occasions we contacted Ayse her response was prompt and positive. The small shop and the Zaika restaurant are a short walk up the road as was the regular Dolmus town bus service.

Beautiful, well-equipped, clean and well-kept house in a good and quiet location overlooking the sea. Communication with the host was spot-on and friendly. All in all highly recommended. It matches the description and the pictures show the current condition. Check in was easy. Each room and the living area has an air conditioner. Garden area is a good size with several seating and outdoor grill. Bright and Mediterranean atmosphere, not cluttered yet cozy. We had booked for 7 adults, but were only 5 in the end. The space was more than sufficient. Many thanks to the host and the always responsive housekeeping on site.
