First of all, we would like to thank our hosts Safiye and Apo for their hospitality and good advice about the area from the first moment to the last. The 🌸 house has a magnificent view, as described in the descriptions and seen in the photos, waking up to such a beautiful view every morning was just one of the best parts of our accommodation experience. The house was spotless, the kitchen had all the items that could be needed, the details were thoughtfully thought out and had a perfect decoration. We came with our own car, we did not have any problems with parking, it takes a few minutes by car to get to the bazaar and the sea, and there is also a short route on foot for those without a car. Thank you so much for everything, it is a home that we will definitely want to come back to and I would sincerely recommend it to anyone.

The view of the house was magnificent. The location of the house was close to everywhere, it was clean and there were necessary items in a holiday house. Mr. Museyin was very interested and responded to our questions quickly. The only missing, so the ceiling of the upstairs was going to take a little, so it didn't affect us because we didn't use it much. Would I prefer it again, definitely yes

The first reason we chose this place was because it was easy to get to Ölüdeniz. You can easily reach the minibuses by walking 7-8 minutes. There is also a parking lot for those who come by car. You can also reach Hisarönü, where there are beautiful restaurants and entertainment venues by walking for 15 minutes. The neighborhood was a very quiet place, we got our sleep well. We were able to sit comfortably in the garden in the evening. We met all our needs with the amenities in the house (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, air conditioning, plates, pots, etc.). Just don't forget to provide your own detergents. There are also grocery stores nearby. I'll be visiting again next year.

We rented a house for a week. Located in the mountains. Very clean air. The house is fenced, no one sees you. There is soft green grass on the territory, a clean swimming pool, a grill area, sunbeds and a swing. The house is clean and stylish, lots of dishes, there is a dishwasher and oven. Each room is air-conditioned. Everything was great, clean. Thank you for your hospitality, helpful host and his father. We will definitely come back again. There is a beautiful landscape around the house. A comfortable stay . ❤️

The place was a palace, we’ve felt like royalty! The pool was nice, functional kitchen, AC, lots of space and a great view to enjoy it all. You need to get a car to go around Kaş, there is a parking space!

We are very happy to stay in this house with wonderful sea mountain and valley views, where you can spend time peacefully among nature and greenery. The house was meticulously cleaned. It has its own private parking lot just below the house for your vehicle. You can also benefit from all the amenities of the fullmoon camp located right next to the house. If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

We’ve looked for years to find the perfect place to stay in Kalkan & for us this was it! Right in the heart of the old town within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants & quirky shops. It was lovely to arrive back after an amazing meal in one of the local restaurants & relax on the terrace before going to bed in one of the lovely comfy beds! The property was exactly like the pictures & there were many lovely touches. It was nice not having to shop on arrival as there were ingredients for breakfast, including bread, coffee & most importantly , wine ( not for breakfast 😂) We definitely hope to be back.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Communicative host, easy self check in with good instructions. Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Everything we needed (3 adults) including washing machine, dishwasher and all facilities for cooking. Fabulous location and amazing view - layout of the apartment suits best use of the balcony/view and equally quiet and dark bedrooms. Easy walk downhill into town (haha till the walk back up) but all was great. Easy parking at the top of the street. All in all a fabulous stay, big thanks to Hatice

A very calm and cozy place with an amazing view. Onur is a very helpful and friendly host. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Amazing place! Great terrace, apartment is well equipped, several beach clubs and grocery shop near by. The only downside was getting there - the instructions were not clear and local drivers could not find it. However, we would definitely return next time!

Rosie's place has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Not far from Kalkan marina and town, restaurants and supermarket close by if you don't have a car to adventure yourself further, great swimming pool ,each apartment having their own allocated sun beds. a bit hilly on the way up to the apartment from town ( unless you are extremely fit , it can be challenging to walk up the hill under extreme heat) but plenty of taxis which charges you around 150 turkish lira. In few words, Rosie is a great host and her place can offer you a perfect base for an enjoyable holiday. Thank you very much for your hospitality and recommendations Rosie!
