Monthly Rentals in Gaviota Peak

The Wine Country Cottage was ideal for us. We enjoy traveling with our pets and also experiencing more than just scratching the surface like one often does when staying at hotels. Erin's place provided both but with more peace and privacy. We enjoyed the local feel of the farm and of course its rescue pets were fun to watch (the three cats) and even feed - specifically the miniature donkeys, Jack and Henry . The cottage had all the amenities we needed for our three night stay so we did not feel like anything was forgotten or missed. We sat by the gas-burning fire pit on cool evenings enjoying wine picked up from our tastings. The sunshine that lights up the cottage in the mornings was a delight. If you travel with pets and enjoy a more rustic stay we definitely recommend the Wine Country Cottage.

Val’s place was absolutely beautiful in a great part of town. As our host, she was accommodating, friendly and responsive! She even offered her toddler air bed for our 2 year old son! Inside was clean, comfortable and visually appealing. We also very much appreciated the attention to detail with regard to amenities. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful setting. Comfortable. Sarah was extremely responsive when we had questions. We mentioned via email that there was no toaster and the coffee maker was extremely slow..only to let her know so she could take care of later on - not really a problem for us...a few hours later Instacart arrived with a toaster, new coffee maker and some cookies!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, incredibly appointed cozy casita located in a peaceful and serene neighborhood. We immediately felt like we were home. Richard and Antionette were gracious hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Christmas holiday decorations inside and out were a very special and much appreciated touch. Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had! We will definitely be returning! Debra and Ted
