This beach house was walking distance from the beautiful Santa Barbara beach and boardwalk. It was a perfect space for me and my family. I really appreciated the extra pull out bed and the playpen for my daughter! The space was filled with thoughtful amenities and extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and wipes! I would definitely be booking again when for our next stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home! The setting and landscape design were spectacular. We enjoyed going on hikes and walks from the property and it was convenient to get to and from downtown SB. Communication with and instructions from the home owner were clear and simple to follow.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

It was perfect for our need, safe for the kids and in a great location to all the kid activities we had planned. My little ones ages 4 and under had a great time walking around and exploring. This home is a treasure in a really lovely place. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation or the immediate area more. Glenn was very helpful when I was booking. There is a large grocery store within a short drive. The house is furnished and decorated well, the kitchen equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances all work well. I think the house has been renovated so that three were made one- so the layout is a tad bit unusual but we appreciated having spaces for all.
