Tim was a lovely host, very responsive and made me feel at ease and ready for our weekend in Rye. It’s a great house, a perfect size for us as 2 adults, 2 children + dog. There are lots of games and books provided and there’s a nice big park opposite with a playground. We particularly enjoyed the cat cafe which is just at the end of the street. And everything is in walking distance. A great location. We had a wonderful time.

This was the second time we stayed at Stewart’s. The place is perfect, very comfortable and cosy, with every detail taken care of. Next time we really ought to go in spring/summer. As a little more sunshine is the only thing that could have improved our stay.

Excellent choice for a family in the gorgeous camber sands. Minutes from the beach, the house really suited our family of four and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Fantastic location for exploring the area and we would love to come back in the summer but also enjoyed the peace and beauty of camber in the winter.

we absolutely loved staying here, a beautiful house with an incredible beach side location. Strolling through the back garden and straight on to the sand dunes was a real treat. The interior of the house is incredible and hugely relaxing and it had everything you needed for a lovely stay. would love to come back one day again.

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Mark was very responsive. We had an issue on New Year’s Day which was addressed very quickly, and fairly dealt with subsequently. Great location and great fun.

We had a great stay, easy access to country walks and local pubs. The grounds were great for our kids to play, swing and trampoline.

Four of us stayed at Swallows nest. As son as you walk in to the cottage it is a beautiful place, which is spotlessly clean. They have really made use of the space and it is very welcoming. The cottage has everything you need, home from home. The beds are amazing- best night sleep I have had in a long time. You have a private outside area with seating, heat lamp, bbq and pool table. The surrounding gardens are beautiful especially at night with the lights. Easy access to the pool, steam room and hot tub which again are 10/10. We used these daily throughout our stay. Towels, robes and slippers were provided in the cottage. The host were very informative, there is lots of information within the welcoming pack of local spots, shops restaurants etc. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay, that is not too far out if you do decide to adventure off for the day, but in a beautiful private area packed with wildlife.

We booked the apartment of Martin for one night to continue our journey with the train to London next day. Martin gave us all the instructions to find the apartment, the keys and the uncomplicated check in. Furthermore he wrote us where to have a nice dinner at the local pub and restaurant, where to find a supermarket and etc. We went to the restaurant, we bought a few things for the breakfast next day, we even have a walk down on the Margaret Beach next morning and everything was perfect. The beds were vet comfortable, the apartment was warm after a few minutes we switched the plugs and the kids, my husband and I slept well and we were fit to proceed our journey. Thank you for everything Martin and we hope to book soon again the apartment but then in spring or summer.

Nice place, knew what we were getting and lived up to the images and descriptions. Kitchen was fully equipped and they kindly left essentials. Ideal for the peaceful stay with family we wanted. Little too much chlorine in the jacuzzi but beautiful views and a starry night from it. Thanks

Shirley was really accommodating, she helped me with a few problems I had with changing the check in date. The caravan was really nice, clean and tidy when I arrived for my stay. Lots of spare tissue, towels and stuff like that. The caravan park is also great, just a shame about the weather. We would definitely go back for another stay.

Wow! Thank you for an amazing stay Toby & Kate! Such a wonderful location; a lovely walk straight from the door. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and there was a roaring fire already going which we were very glad of as it was a chilly, wet day! The flapjacks were delicious and what a treat to have home made bramble jelly - my absolute favourite! And fresh bread and eggs from the chickens too! Everything is so cosy and comfortable. The bed is super comfy and roomy, shower is lovely with shampoo & conditioner / body wash & dressing gowns. You have everything you need in the kitchen including a dishwasher. There are just so many lovely extra touches everywhere. There’s a Smart TV with all the apps too. Our chocolate Lab was very well catered for too; dog towels and bowl! We had a fabulous meal at the Poet at Matfield. Stone Trout with Corn Arancini. Delicious and great service. Great walks at Bedgebury Pinetum & Bewl Water. Really can’t recommend The Pool Shed highly enough!

Lovely spacious lodge with everything you could want for a confortable stay. High spec decorations , facilities, comfy beds and living areas

Guest house was clean and tidy. Bed was made up for us. Impressed by kitchen things, every cabinet was full of stuff to use, even salt, papers and oil was on shelf. There was over, over trays and things, air fryer was there, every cleaning product was there, every single things what you think about it was there. Lots of towels, beddings, sheets everything was there to use. Thank you Dan

Nina was a great host, and I am thankful that she shared her lovely space with us! Would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing break somewhere relaxing and different :)

We've just returned from another excellent xmas week in Sarah's cosy seaside cottage! Everything we needed was catered for and Sarah was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The location is ideal. Minutes from the shore and the high road but on a quiet street. Loved shopping in the high road for Xmas presents and lunch at the Lazy Lobster was so good we went twice. Our two dogs felt right at home and loved playing in the fully secure garden area.

This was our second stay at Maria's 70's caravan. Very cosy with beautiful views of the field opposite, this time with grazing sheep! Maria and Matt are great hosts. Highly recommend.

With potential bad weather on the horizon, I needed a place to stay close to work and also required peace and quiet to complete work commitments. I made an enquiry at 4.00pm on Friday and was in by 7.00pm. Very helpful communication, especially as it was so last minute. I arrived to find the property spotless, warm, inviting and very comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, located along a track but was only a mile or so to the village with a great pub and well stocked convenience store. I brought my four legged helper (a working springer) who had a pheasant wake up call each morning. That got me up and about, albeit a bit earlier than I planned. :) The walks from the door were stunning. It is a charming single bedroom property with a private terrace which had beautiful views. I can highly recommend this property if you wish to relax, unwind in front of the log burner with a good book in the winter and explore the area (Canterbury, Folkestone and Hythe) in the Summer.

Really gorgeous place, down a path off the road. A little hard to find but Lynda's directions were spot on. I parked on The Broadway which was easy to get to the lane and cottage. Super warm and cosy, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was like a cloud and the secure front garden was great to let me dog out and sniff about safely! Will be back!

We needed somewhere to stay for ourselves and our 2 dogs as a staging post for an early morning shuttle crossing. This bungalow was perfect. It was comfortable and clean and just as described on the app. Well worth the money.
