A fabulous location and a wonderful stay. Our dogs are exhausted from all the playing they did in Kay’s beautiful garden

Great location, private parking, plenty of space and huge and comfortable beds - wake up to the sun rising - almost feels Mediterranean

We have a lovely long weekend break. The cottage was perfect for what we wanted and lots of board games etc for the children to do. Not far from Rye and Hasting and having the shingle beach at the back of the garden is just lovely x

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the house was comfortable and clean and had everything that we needed. Very happy with the host and had no problems at all. Excellent communication. Definitely recommend and would love to return for another stay in the future.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We had an absolute delight staying at David's seaside accommodation! The little annex was immaculately clean and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. David was an exceptional host - friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was stunning, with a beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. We spent our days sunbathing and fishing, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. While the pub was a 30-minute walk away, we found it easy to grab an Uber, which was convenient and hassle-free. We can't thank David enough for his wonderful hospitality and for sharing his little slice of coastal heaven with us. We will definitely be back and can't wait to experience it all again! Highly recommend David's accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating seaside escape.

This is a cosy cottage with great views of the sea and simple access to the beach out of the back garden.

We had a great week at Claire and Rémi's beautiful house. Everything is done to make you feel at ease. The house is very nice, functional with a beautiful sea view. Claire and Rémi are very welcoming and available. We were even able to take advantage of the pool!

Had a fabulous time at Wendy’s lodge! Lovely peaceful location with pool on site and near lots of other nature attractions. Wendy was a fantastic host - super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

We had a lovely Xmas stay at Maggies home, the house is very spacious and located directly on the coast, perfect for walks with our dogs, we had a great time and would definitely return for another stay.

The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Homely static caravan with porch directly overlooking children playground. Amazing to stay with kids. Walkable surroundings...beach in walking distance. Natural reserve where you can observe birds and small animals so pack your binoculars! Very easy to check in and check out. Sandra was always responsive helping us with everything. We are thinking to come back in summer months. We had lovely family time together.

Fantastic location just off the beach. The apartment is nicely laid out and spacious. Chris provided a lot of help and support throughout the stay - everything from parking to local businesses. A great value space.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Margate Beach Apartment. The weather was perfect the whole time, which made being so close to the sea even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was beautifully arranged—mid-century modern, bright, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We really appreciated having a designated parking space; it made getting around so much easier, especially when we arrived with all our luggage. Inside, the kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was great since we love cooking and didn’t want to eat out for every meal. The beds were also amazingly comfortable—honestly some of the best we’ve slept on while traveling. Overall, everything felt thoughtfully set up for guests, and we’d happily return for another visit.

Had a great time staying for Christmas Eve (son's 16th) and Christmas the four of us. Loved the view, cosy nature of the wood burner and opportunity to walk/run the coastline to Herne Bay and Whitstable. It was a mini escape perfect for the family. Would totally re-book!

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

We stayed for two nights. The accommodation is just lovely! Spacious, amazing beach hut! Beautiful views from the beach hut. The house is comfortable, spacious, clean & accessible to local shops and restaurants! We enjoyed an hours walk to St Mary’s Bay! We are very keen to come back!

A home from home. The house was perfect for our family and dog. If you like cooking, the kitchen is very well equipped, with sharp knives and everything you need to prepare a family meal. The house was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. The local shops were within a 5 minute drive and little kiosk on the corner useful for milk and bread. We had a fantastic stay - highly recommend. The beach and view out to sea is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s place. Great location on the Hythe seafront with amazing views of the sea from the bedroom and living room. The house had everything we needed for our five night stay, with a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and spacious living spaces. The dedicated parking was a bonus.

We had a wonderful vacation here. Everything was as described and to our complete satisfaction. The location of the apartment is really very nice, close to the sea and yet very quiet, so you can relax well. Everything you need (bakery, supermarket…) is in walking distance. The furnishings of the apartment are cozy and very tasteful and leave nothing to be desired. In particular, the kitchen equipment is high quality and very extensive, so that nothing is missing. We were very impressed by the nice hostess Blandine. She responded flexibly to our arrival time so we didn't have to wait, was always available, very warm and kind. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend it without reservation.
