Great location at bottom end of city centre, beautifully presented and great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay in Rye. The accomodation was prime location for exploring the town! Would highly recommend!

We were happy with our room, it was clean and comfortable, and we both slept well as it was nice and quiet. The location is great - five minutes' walk to everything we wanted to do in Rye. Would stay again.

Awesome location, Melanie is an amazing host! So welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful! The common area is also nice and the rooms are quaint. I didn’t want to knock a star for these few things, but just to inform: 1) the walls are quite thing; if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise (can hear surroundings) 2) was unfortunately quite hot; the fan isn’t super strong and the window doesn’t catch a good breeze so in the summer it’s definitely toasty at night Overall though really appreciate the hospitality 🙏 thank you for everything

Amazing! We were late arriving and the check in process was faultless along with supporting us with locating our garage. Despite us leaving at 4am, the team had left bagged breakfasts for us to enjoy on our crossing. Will definitely use again when travelling to France

Lovely place to stay right in the centre of town - so many restaurants, bars etc in walking distance. They were super helpful with checking in and checking out - would definitely come back again thank you!

The lodge is located in a beautiful corner of East Sussex and the owners have created an equally beautiful place to enjoy as a retreat and comfortable place to recharge yourself. Everything is as described and then a bit better too. The owners and staff doing everything possible to make you welcome and happy. Highly recommend.

You have to rate different kinds of places in different way. I've given five stars to other places because they were in exquisite buildings or had ravishing views or heavenly breakfasts. This doesn't tick those kinds of boxes, but it's a really good, convenient hotel and (at the introductory rate I had) it was really good value. Best of all, it had one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful tranquil setting, great for couples and young families! Highly recommend, we will definitely be coming back.

Perfect place to stay in Margate and to go see a gig at Dreamland. The room, showers and communal spaces were very clean, cosy, quiet and spacious. Had a great stay also in terms of ease of access and privacy for the price when you just need a good room and don't mind shared facilities when they're really nice, green and zen. Would definitely stay again if visiting Margate.

Good location Enjoyed an evening out at local bar and restaurant then returned to accommodation for a few drinks. I could hear the sound of the pub beneath the room but I was able to fall asleep. It closed at 1am. The check in was quick and easy, we were spotted with our bags and the bar staff immediately responded and took us to our room. The room was big and spacious.
