Nice semi luxury villa. Good location between Everglades and downtown Miami. Short drive to super market and restaurants.

Host was very responsive and flexible to check-in. Communication was very fast and within the hour. The place was clean and very spacious. I would definitely keep this place in mind for my next visit to Florida!

Better than photos. Heated pool. Dual zone climate control. We'll stocked kitchen. Immaculate bathrooms. Space for 2 cars in garage, and 4 more on driveway. No street parking. Walking to views and bridge. We had issues with sonos, but not host fault. Speakers indoors and out. Gas grill. Would certainly stay again. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts are a pro team, very available and attentive.

We had an amazing stay at Olja’s house. The house was very spacious and was the perfect house for our girls weekend with beautiful living areas inside and outside. On top of the great space Olja was extremely responsive and easy to reach during check in and when we had questions. Would highly recommend!

kitchen cupboards full of dishes not needed. no room to put food in cupboards. cutlery very dull. should've had an ice cream scoop & a kitchen scissor.

Great place to stay! Very close to Costco/Target/Publix and about 15 mins from Siesta Key. Place is comfortable with plenty of room and well equipped with outdoor gear like beach chairs, boogie board, beach games, etc. The pool and hot tub area is great with a fun shuffleboard game we would play every night. Would stay again!

We had a peaceful and wonderful Thanksgiving at this oasis! The house exceeded our expectations and Pete was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This home incredible, it is a massive space and great for large groups. The theme rooms for kids are adorable. The kitchen space is amazing. The pool is a little bit small if you have a lot of people. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect for us. Some minor issues. The patio area was not very clean, there are a lot of critters (it’s Florida so expected), but we had to buy citronella candles to help. The pool had a lot of debris, the host did get the pool guy out quickly to clean, but unfortunately overnight the pool just gets bugs in it, I don’t think that’s avoidable. The internet was a little slow. The house doesn’t have cable so we had to purchase YouTube tv to watch Sunday football games. But overall the house is just amazing and so close to the parks. We would 100% recommend it and stay again.

Fantastic home with a fantastic host. Daniel was very responsive (down to the minute) and very accommodating. The home was spotless, large and open, with a beautiful backyard/patio/pool area. The home fit 11 of us very comfortably. We would highly recommend this place, and host to all ages. Thanks Daniel!

Isabel’s place was the perfect spot for my family’s vacation. The house has everything you need for cooking, sleeping and having fun. My kids are all adults and they loved the bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and corn hole. My daughter and her boyfriend were on the paddle board when a manatee and her baby swam right next to them! The location is great for the grocery store and beach. It was truly perfect.

Briene and her team made us feel at home when our previous Airbnb booking was a mess. The team was super quick to respond to messages and requests. The place was very clean and professionally maintained and we felt right at home. The team even went above and beyond when we needed to use the outdoor place for a pre-wedding gathering and were flexible with us. Looking forward to staying again soon!

The house is very nice and clean. When you arrive in the home it feels amazing, the interior decoration is beautifully done. Very spacious rooms and new furnitures.

The house is great. It was large, comfortable, impeccably clean, and quiet. They had everything we could need. Plenty of bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and hot tub. And the hosts checked by text and responded immediately to any question we had. We will be back.

Samantha was an incredible host. By far the most responsive host we’ve ever had. She was always available and was very easy to communicate. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our special weekend. We were able to host our wedding comfortably with the house being a perfect canvas to decorate. This place is perfect for any type of event or gathering. Plenty of parking, close to downtown Fort Pierce, the inlet right across the street. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I’m wowed by how beautiful this house is. The experience was amazing, the host is delightful, the neighborhood so safe and quiet. Very clean, very homey feeling from the moment you walk-in. I would stay here every time I’d be in the area. 12/10.

Location, location, location!!! Quick walk to Clam Pass and Seagate Beach. Home was in peaceful and safe area. Pool was great, and heated. Home was a little dated, but felt comfortable, and like home quickly. Had some beach chairs, coolers and large canopy if needed for shade. Host was very responsive about any issues that arose. Would definitely stay at Ashley’s home again.

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

It was a great place to stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.

Luis' home was beautiful. Easy to find , private and a very comfortable place to stay. We are a family of five and having 4 bathrooms was such an amenity. Unfortunately it was very cold while we visited Orlando so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but we did manage to get 1 night in the hot tub. which was relaxing after a long day at Epcot. Luis was an amazing host, very responsive and quick to answer any and all questions we had. If i plan to visit Orlando again, I will defiantly reach out to Luis and hope to rent his home again. Hopefully in much warmer weather 😁
