My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Olja’s! The space was massive and we really enjoyed all of the outdoor activities from the pool to the pickle ball court. We wish we could’ve stayed longer to really enjoy all of the amenities.

kitchen cupboards full of dishes not needed. no room to put food in cupboards. cutlery very dull. should've had an ice cream scoop & a kitchen scissor.

This house exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for 12 girls! We loved having so many bedrooms/bathrooms and felt right at home. Pool was beautiful and we appreciated all the sun chairs! 10/10

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We stayed here with 7 other families for a cheer competition. The kids staying ranged in ages from 1 to 12 (boys/girls) and they all loved every space! We were able to watch movies in the theater area, bowled, swam, and used the arcade often! The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which was so nice! The massive TV in the living room was awesome, and the dads had no problems figuring out how to get multiple basketball games going at the same time. There were also plenty of pots/pans for cooking, and dishes/silverware for meals. I will say, if you’re planning on doing dishes or laundry, make sure you bring those detergents, etc or put them on your grocery list. Also, be sure and bring shampoo and conditioner. Some airbnbs include those items and others don’t. This one does not. Obviously not a problem, but just wanted to put it out there for anyone planning what to bring. Ellie was super quick with her responses. Great house!!!

The house was beautiful! Nani was great with communicating from the moment we arrived until we left also she was very accommodating with certain things , I was needing to have the perfect stay! The location was very nice and peaceful. It’s perfect for a family stay there’s many things to do. The backyard has a great spot to view the sunset. Thank you again for everything !

I spent the weekend at Patty's place for my bachelorette party, and it was perfect! Patty was extremely kind, communicative and helpful. Couldn't have had a better experience and highly recommend to others.

This place was great for our short stay. My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It is right across from a municipal of some sort so we limited time in the front of the house. Otherwise it was a great, quiet retreat. The house is very spacious and the amenities are wonderful.

The house matched the images, description and quality expectations. Very spacious with numerous gathering areas including a nice outdoor covered table for eight. We had four professionals for corporate planning meetings away from offices and it worked great with good private space and multiple meeting areas. Morning walks along the water's edge promenade are ~2 blocks east. Nice home in a quiet neighborhood.

Thank you, Tom, for hosting my bachelor weekend at your spacious property. The house comfortably accommodated our large group, and its proximity to downtown Tampa offered the perfect balance between city access and suburban tranquility. We thoroughly enjoyed the well-designed layout, especially the heated jacuzzi and pool. The garage’s ping pong and pool tables provided additional entertainment, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Pretty good price for a house of this size. We were 8 adults that fit comfortably- there was space for even more people if we needed it. Conveniently located close to a gas station and multiple restaurants and stores

Great place with lots to do for families with kids! Just as depicted in the photos. Located directly off of two very busy streets, but the backyard is very secluded.

Location, location, location!!! Quick walk to Clam Pass and Seagate Beach. Home was in peaceful and safe area. Pool was great, and heated. Home was a little dated, but felt comfortable, and like home quickly. Had some beach chairs, coolers and large canopy if needed for shade. Host was very responsive about any issues that arose. Would definitely stay at Ashley’s home again.

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

This is a very comfortable property. Good location to several town centers and the neighborhood recreation center. The owners were very responsive, always within minutes of my inquiry. A very nice outside area and a heated pool that was used every day. I would be happy to stay there again.

It was a great place to stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.

We just left after a weeklong stay at Luis’ house. It far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for our family of 6, everything was spotless, comfortable beds, and the pool and hot tub were a relaxing treat at the end of a long day. Not far from Disney parks, 20-30 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. Communication with Luis was top notch - he was very quick to respond to any questions, and he sent lots of helpful information. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. I would highly recommend Luis’ home, and I would absolutely book here again if we return to the Orlando area.

We had a wonderful month at Michelle's place. She is a very responsive host and we would Definitely rent again. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. The house was fully equipped for all our needs. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Very enjoyable!!🌞
