Kamiron is perhaps the most generous host I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is on top of it, she is communicative, and she comes from a place of making you feel like she really wants you to have a good stay. I had to ask for a few last-minute requests and Kamiron not only was able to accommodate me, but was so kind during the process. This place is her home and it certainly feels like it. You won’t regret staying here or having Kamiron as a host.

if you were any closer to the beach you'd be in the water! we could sit on the lovely patio and watch the waves break on the shore. There is a glassed sunroom that gives you the same view if you want to sit inside. The host is great and usually responds in minutes to any question. We've stayed here more than once and wouldn't stay anywhere else on Ormond Beach because we enjoy the peace and quiet and privacy. The house is a bit older but kept nicely and was very clean. the photos are accurate. The 1 bath does have an outdoor shower connected...no bathtub or indoor shower...but it is walled and private.

This little cottage has SO much charm! Sits directly behind one of the best restaurants in PCB (Mike’s Oyster Bar). The rooftop deck is the best place to catch the sunrise or sunset and the pool is extremely private. The only thing that was only slightly bothersome was the 3 am large restaurant dumpster emptying that was just outside our bedroom window. Not sure there’s much you could do about that, though. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, cozy studio with porch and parking. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Convenient to many more. Great stay, great host. Recommend if you're visiting Destin area.

Just absolutely perfect for a couples getaway. Loved that the beach was literally a few steps across the street. And that we had our own pier which we enjoyed lounging in our hammock. We rode our bikes to a lot of the restaurants in this adorable town. Host was super flexible with checking in! We will definitely be back :))))

What a wonderful location for relaxing by the beach. This was our second time , and we absolutely loved it yet again! The old Florida charm of the home with the impeccable hospitality of our host Genny was second to none. We hope to be back soon!

This condo was top notch! Check-in was a breeze and the owners were very responsive and accommodating. It was very clean and well maintained. The beach supplies provided (chairs/umbrella) were much appreciated and used everyday. We flew into PIE and Uber'd from/to the airport ($30). We walked to Publix for groceries and Uber'd back... other than that, we walked everywhere, no problem! The beach is, for real, a 2 minute walk with easy access! I would definitely stay here again! And just a heads up, the pizza at the little pizza place you see while walking to the beach is super yummy! The Salty Crab, Crabby's, Frenchy's, Hogan's Hangout, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and Sandbar were all excellent food. And the live music and drinks at The Salt House and Toucans were the best! We saw dolphins every single day and they even put on a show jumping out of the water on multiple occasions! We loved the dock at the condo and enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks, I want to go back already! ❤️

This is our second time staying and won't be our last. Carl went above and beyond during our stay. His neighbor took down the adjoining fence which are currently in plans to be put back up. Since there was no regular fence, we were a bit uneasy letting the pup out. Carl came over and put up a temporary fence for our visit. Such a great and thoughtful thing. Not only did that give us peace of mind but our pup could run around and play on vacation. The location is quiet. We look forward to staying again.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The owner’s communication was top-notch, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The private location made it feel like a peaceful retreat, and we loved the convenience of being so close to the pool—perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. This home was the ideal home base for our fishing trip, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to local attractions and activities!

Super cute place, great location. There were a few unexpected issues but resolved quickly. Overall great place with a lot of amenities!

We loved staying at the Redlands Bungalow! It was a beautiful, clean and private little spot to call home during our vacation. Naiky went above and beyond to see that we had a very comfortable stay and that we were happy the entire time. Would 10/10 recommend this spot to anyone visiting the southern Florida area in the future!

To all prospective tenants of Shar's bungalow, I can tell you that Shar is a first-rate host. Check-in was extremely uncomplicated and fast. This is not the case everywhere. Also unlike some other hosts, Shar communicates capably, clearly, and is extremely helpful. She genuinely cares about the welfare of her tenants and she's just a great lady.
