Beautiful stay, honestly the place is even nicer than what you can see in photos, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is very nice and impeccable. It has amenities that are not particularly detailed like being a hair dryer, towels, even an en-suite bathroom that I had also not observed at the time of choosing it. The location is unbeatable, minutes from the shoppings, and the entrance/egreso was extremely simple. We were extremely happy and happy. We hope to return

Daniels place is just as shown in the picture and is in a good and secure location. it has all of the basic amenities as well as a fenced in yard with privacy. Internet and electricity were reliable and hosts were responsive. it has the essentials to cover you for your stay.

Excellent and recommended place to stay and have a peaceful and pleasant stay. The area is very quiet, with supermarkets nearby and quick accesses . The only thing a little far from the center and a lot of traffic I take into account the times when leaving somewhere. Sergio's attention was always excellent, always attentive with everything, and very communicative. The big and beautiful house. 100% recommended.

Our stay at Hugo's place was excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable, we were 4 people and we passed it luxury. In addition, the man in charge of Lugar ( María) is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is ideal, close to the most important shoppings in Asunción and in a safe neighborhood. During the month we were in Asunción we felt right at home in this apartment, above all we loved the pool. Valentin was the best host we've ever had!

The host was very clear in the instructions. Check in and check out made very easily. Great comfort, very nice lodging. I have nothing but praise.

There were 3 of us and we felt super comfortable. The apartment is practically new and the views are lovely. It is well equipped and there is a 24-hour security guard. The rooms only have double beds, we wanted one with two small beds but it was not possible, so Beatriz put together a small folding bed that we did not use because the double beds were really very comfortable, we had no problem sharing the bed between two people. We always communicated with Beatriz by messages and although we did not meet her, she was very friendly and gave us information about the neighborhood. We definitely recommend it and would go again.

Ma Fernanda's apartment is really complete, very comfortable, the place is beautiful, the complex's facilities are beautiful, there's not much noise from vehicles, horns, you can rest. And she is a sweetheart of a person, very helpful and kind!! Since we arrived almost late and we were tired, we ordered a tenderloin sandwich with fries for dinner and everything was super delicious, all with delivery service from the complex's New Market!! I would stay there again!!
