I had a great stay in Victor's space. From the beginning he was very requested, left water, chipa and tea so that I would be well received when I arrived. The apartment is very well located, very quiet neighborhood and close to the Carmelita neighborhood, which has many bars and restaurants at night. Speaking of the apartment, I only have compliments to do, from the easy entrance to the building, with a 24-hour doorman, to the spacious and comfortable apartment, where we have everything we need and a little more. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow, I would even like to know where Victor bought the hahaha pillows In an upcoming trip to Asunción, I'm sure I'll be staying again. Thank you Victor.

We love the apartment and the building. Host Rubén was always very helpful and quickly resolved all our requests. The apartment is very similar to the photo. Clean, equipped (kitchenware, washer and dryer, bed and bath linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dolce gusto coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning in all environments, etc.). The building is very secure and has a swimming pool and a gym. In the vicinity, supermarkets, including a 24 hours.

The apartment is amazing and check-in is very easy. The apartment has everything you need for short and long stays. Internet is fast and the apartment is quiet. Shopping center and supermarkets are within a few minutes walking distance. Glen and the team help you with all your questions, even if you don't speak much Spanish yet. I can recommend the apartment without reservation and will come back myself.

They are quite attentive and helpful. The place is nice, enjoy the kitchen, the pool, and I also exercised. It's a perfect place to feel at home. Nearby there is a place where they make very good pizzas and burgers. This place is one of the best in Paraguay, and I have seen many.

The house is very nice very comfortable and the communication with the Host is very good pending at all times until the wee hours. Everything is close by ex: supermarket pharmacies etc 100% recommended

The accommodation is excellent for families and being able to bring pets, it is very safe and has a very large patio. It had several amenities that made our stay even more excellent. Carla was very helpful and attentive at all times. The access gate is automated is quite high, I was able to access with the luggage rack without inconvenience. We hope to go back!

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!
