Gimena is a very good host, attentive and always willing to support us in what we need. The house is very well described in terms of services, locations and amenities, it is a place where we would gladly return on our next visit.

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

Fantastically beautifully renovated property with a lot of attention to detail. Lovely fragrant jasmine, very nice patiomet tennis table space. We had the whole property and that was an incredible luxury. The only downside if I had to mention 1 was the internet. It didn't really go well.

I found the accommodation incredible, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable and in my opinion very well located, I always got quick answers from Mr. Rubén is very friendly, and I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

One of the nicest airbnbs I have stayed in, perfect for a long term stay. Beautiful apartment that’s quiet and private, but a short walk to some of the nicest malls in Asuncion. Great host. I would stay here again, a hidden gem!

Pleasant and comfortable stay since there are not many offers of deptos with 3 rooms. Quality and price according to what is offered. We highlight the comfort, cleanliness, and quality of bedding, cutlery, and furnishings. Without a doubt, our place in Asuncion.

Martin's apartment has all the features for a comfortable stay. It is spacious, well equipped, with fast and stable wifi, located close to shops of all kinds (convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, etc), and a few minutes away from 2 malls. Both Martin and the building staff are always available to facilitate the stay and effectively meet the requirements of the passengers.

The apartment is just like the photos. Everything impeccable. Excellent communication with Luciana. I would definitely come back.

Marina's place was very nice, comfortable beds and with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Jessica the manager was very friendly, always helpful and even carried my luggage up the spiral staircase. It was very clean and quiet for the most part although one neighbor did like to play his music quite loud sometimes (but if you're in a downstairs unit it's not really a bother. It's located in a town called Nemby, a suburb of Asuncion which meant a lot less traffic, there's lots of buses to get to the center and locally there's lots of markets to shop so I found it suited my needs perfectly. So if you're looking for a place outside Asuncion but easily accessed by bus then I highly recommend staying at Marina's apartments ;?)

Pleasant stay. All as described. Very good communication from the host. Professional problem resolution: We had an issue with the Aircondition and next morning technicians already fixed it. Car parking is perfect. Location is very safe.
