The Stay was exactly as described, very cozy and clean. Very conveniently located in varca near resturants and the beach. The host was very helpful with recommendations throughout the stay. Highly recommended value for money stay, for small groups.

Staying at Ashwini Jaysing’s property was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. The hosts were beyond friendly, super responsive, and incredibly flexible, always making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like we had family or close friends looking out for us throughout our stay. The property itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The warmth and hospitality we experienced made our trip so much more special. Stayed at Mr.Prashant's Dona Rosa By The Sea for 4 nights, 5 days with Spouse, Mom & Son. We had a wonderful vacation time here. With the hassle free self check in/out system here, this 2BHK gated apt. is just 200mts away from the beach which is mostly used by foreigners. On the way to beach you will find a beautiful pond and varieties of birds chirping all around. House was neat n clean and all the amenities mentioned in the site with wifi were functional, you have many options for cooking also including mixer grinder. My son enjoyed playing in pool surrounded by garden n zero noise, with the symphony by the birds. The wine shops available in walkable distance; the goan thali, biriyani etc can be found within 3-4 KMs radius. The 'Parra road' type coconut trees lane is just nearby. A must stay for nature lovers, yoga enthusiasts by the sea and who wants to get rid of the Goa's crowded beaches. Overall it's a 5 star experience.

I loved the place. The energy is homely and cozy. From the start the hosts have an organised process. I got all the instructions on time, the hosts were approachable and responsive to messages. Finding the place was not difficult, Google map will take you there. The locals are very helpful. If you are lost by any chance there will be someone who will help. I liked the food at Rolan’s which is right outside the residency gate. There are good restaurants nearby. Beaches are at walkable distance and it was lovely to see sunsets by the beach everyday. The airbnb itself has everything one needs during the stay. There is more than enough utensils, kitchen appliances and crockery. Good internet, lovely balconies, and comfortable beds.
