Monthly Rentals in Evans Plains

A cottage with lots of atmosphere. Enjoyed staying here. As advertised the dogs are friendly. Can't remember seeing any reference to no cooktop or oven (my reading?) although with the electric fry pan, electric wok, BBQ and microwave I can't say they were missed much. Thanks for the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Neil’s place. It was cozy, clean and well kept. Our puppy loved the backyard. It is very long, good for ball games! Beds were very comfortable too! We also enjoyed the nibblies :) Would definitely stay again and recommend!

We had a wonderful stay on the train! The space is beautifully equipped with everything you need. The rooms are compact yet very comfortable and we loved the deck and the gardens. Robyn was a wonderful host and has done a beautiful job transforing the train carriage to a great place to stay.

The cottage was perfect, lovely. Great location easy access town and easy to find. AirBnB had a problem with their automated system and Virginia was very helpful in sorting that out. Beds were comfy and shower was hot. Main room had a great window for sun and a few comfy sitting chairs. Virginia was also able to help us with a little request as well. Will be back next time need a Bathurst weekender.
