Monthly Rentals in Esparza

It’s a very nice home, but be aware it is quite a ways from restaurants and large Supermercados. The closest ones were really in Orotina, which is about 25 minutes away. The only thing we had a problem with was the internet kept going out. Frank was very attentive and responded right away to our queries.

Ana’s house was lovely. The view incredible. Just wish we had more time to stay.

La Casita is a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings. Everyday we got to see the mountains in different appearances in different weathers, right from the comfort of home. The house is equipped with everything you need for a long stay: living space, fully equipped kitchen and dining space, bed with blankets and pillows, wardrobe, TV, private attached bathroom with hot shower as well as washer and dryer, car parking, good WiFi. The patio is nice for chilling, eating or even working, with the views of the lush greenery and sounds of birds. Nancy is a very nice host, friendly, welcoming and kind, always willing to help and always available whenever we needed something. She is a lovely person who felt like family. We would love to return to this place someday.

Our stay at Bella Vista was nothing short of magical. From morning rainbows and afternoon toucans, to views of pristine mountains and distant oceans, Bella Vista is truly one of a kind. Property manager Patricia and host Shiloh were both extremely helpful in planning our vacation. The location was centrally located to all our planned excursions making travel convenient. We requested additional meals made by Patricia which were amazing and flavorful local dishes. Accommodations were expansive and comfortable with numerous amenities. May we all be so lucky so have a stay at Bella Vista, Pura Vida!
