Monthly Rentals in East Perth

Awesome place to stay in East Perth area. Walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. Only problem with this place was parking. However, I parked in the Terrace Road public parking lot which was the best place that I could find, and it was better than I thought. cost me only $43 for more than 24hrs parking. The place was clean and cozy. Peaceful place to have a rest before exploring the city of light. Highly recommend this place.

It is a wonderful place. Near a river, park, cafes, close the city centre. Clean, quiet, comfortable apartment and it has everything you need. The owner kindly provided a place for the car. Thanks! I'd like to come back to live.

Helen was a great host, excellent communication and was super flexible. She answered any questions I had straight away. The apartment is in a great location next to Victoria Gardens. It was about a 15 minute walk along the river to Optus stadium. There's a great little Cafe directly downstairs and some nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. A good bottle shop and supermarket are also a few minutes walk away. There's a free yellow cat bus stop out the front of the apartment that takes you straight into the city. We didn't end up hiring a car but I believe there is multi storey parking very close by. We really loved staying here and would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Convenience - Eugene’s place is close to great restaurants, parks and Chinatown. It’s perfect for young family (especially Asian :) Nearby restaurants - it’s very close to Chinatown, 15 mins away from Albany hwy restaurant stretch and cafes at south Perth I.e the Partisan. In between city and airport - it’s less than 5 mins drive from city centre and 20 mins from airport Snacks in the house - Eugene and fam provided lots of drinks, snacks and milk for us Kettle and microwave - sufficient for us to make easy breakfast and heat up supper at home Parking - simple along road Hosts - thanks for everything once again. Easy check in and out. Great amenities and locations. Cost y apartment for a family of 3.
