Holiday rentals with a pool in East Perth

An amazing house with a fantastic management team! My family and I were thrilled to find this beautiful place in Perth. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the abundance of natural light, the fully equipped kitchen, and the great amenities. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.

Fabulous accommodation - lots of space both inside and out, with amazing views and privacy. Highly recommend for anyone wanting space a peace. Pool was well looked after and an asset with Perth heat. Also really appreciated the fresh eggs on arrival, and flexibility with check out time due to our flights.

The place is as advertised.Pleased with the responsiveness of the host.Quiet positively surprise of the amenities set in the house.Although, quiet pricey it is worth it. Pool is a great value add although we dis not use is since the purpose of our visit was not for leisure would highly recommend this place. Just a recommendation to perhaps label the pool depth for awareness.Otherwise, a great place to stay.

I've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs but I think this is the first one where I've already made plans to come back and stay when I'm back in Perth! We're so stoked to have found this little gem near the river - we didn't need to use the car to get breakfast or go explore since everything was so close. We had every amenity needed for our stay for the two of us. We were stoked to have a pool as well, however didn't end up using it just as time got us good with relaxing in the aircon during Perth's heat. Highly recommend everything about this place!

Karen and Chris were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and welcoming . Karen communicated with us long before we arrived, which was so nice . Nothing was too much trouble for them. The stay was mostly good. AC worked good and most things were of good quality. I was a bit disappointed by the small size of the refrigerator and small cheap trash bags provided considering the high price paid for the apartment. Insulation is not very good and you can hear the neighbors above walking around.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

A fabulous place to stay, that is an easy walk into Perth city. Great facilities, comfortable and clean space, with more than some supplies provided - fantastic when you arrive late at night and the shops are closed. Excellent communication with the host. Would happily stay again, and definitely recommend to others.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything

We enjoyed our stay at Claire’s.

Loved the unit and the location, walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. The pool was great just outside the units outdoor dining area which also has a Weber BBQ. The kitchen was well stocked and had the basic food items and the welcome pack of cereal, milk and fruit was very much appreciated.

Its a fantastic place to stay. Close to the city. House is well maintained and good.
