Holiday rentals with a pool in East Perth

everything was perfect when we stayed there. cozy home. Very quiet and has a big park in front of the house. accomodate our big family nicely. and coles local just 2 mins away.

Large home in lovely neighbourhood. Great D&S bakery at shopping centre with lost of Italian pastries.

We had a lovely stay! Such a beautiful home and a great base for exploring the north and city. And so close to beautiful beaches! The local beers in the fridge on arrival was such a lovely touch! Thank you Calvin and Lu

We stayed in Hillary’s-beautiful house and outdoor area.Pool was medium sized not huge but the space was amazing.On the more expensive end but house had lots of room big bedrooms and a fully functioning kitchen. Host seemed nice and responsive Would Highly Recommend very close to the beach and the people around are lovely

This was our 3rd time staying here, but our first with our family and at Christmas. It was the perfect location with amazing views, pool to cool off in, fresh eggs daily and a truly wonderful chilled Christmas. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay! Highly recommend! This place was absolutely fantastic. The parking garage was super convenient, and the location felt very safe with great access to nearby attractions. Privacy was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The property itself was spotless, safe, and equipped with everything we needed. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were so convenient and made our stay even better. There was also a fantastic swimming pool, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use it because we were busy exploring the area. Honestly, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. If I visit Perth again, I would definitely stay here again. I can’t recommend it enough!

Great place, comfortable and well set up, great pool and outdoor area. Location is well placed for the coast and Fremantle and local shopping centre and cafe is an easy walk. Hosts were amazing, responded quickly and made sure we always had everything we need. Faultless .

*** Fantastic location, homely clean apartment*** This gem was a great home-for-the-week while we were on conference at Crown Perth (only a 10-minute drive away). The whole property seems a bit old, but it is well-kept. It has free basement parking and is nestled around great eateries (coffee, Italian, kebabs, supermarket). It is only a 5-minute walk to the best playground in the CBD. Highly recommended as Alex was great at communicating and assisting our family to feel settled. Full kitchen, washing machine + dryer, comfy beds and bedding. We loved having breakfast on the patio, watching birds, and in the evening, having dinner overlooking the city. Thanks again, Alex, great stay.

Loved every minute of our stay here. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants minutes away by foot and literally right by the beach thru the driveway at the back. Pool heaps of fun for the kids too. Great accommodation, nothing too flash but everything you need and comfortable beds. We would not hesitate staying here again and hope we will.

Our stay at Mark’s apartment was absolutely amazing. He showed us great hospitality on arrival, and was easy to contact if needed. The food he provided really helped us to get started before we could get to the supermarket. The apartment was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. We looked forward to coming home to it each day. The location was amazing, and it was very quiet for being so close to the CBD with a lovely view over lush green trees, and the city. The pool and the gym were also great. It stayed fairly cool, even on very hot days so we didn’t need to use the air conditioner a lot. Mark had a book with some great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do in Perth. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. We were sad to go.

We had a wonderful stay at Pei’s place. Just a short 10 minute walk from beautiful Scarborough Beach and close to other beaches such as Trigg and North Beach. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was extremely spacious! It felt very homely inside but with a beautiful beachy vibe! Also close to a bus stop which is great if you don’t have a car with you! The aircon was wonderful as our stay consisted of multiple 40+ degree days. The one thing I would say is the rooms do get quite hot on a night, however the fans do help this a little - this obviously can’t be helped during a heatwave! Pei was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything

We had a lovely stay here. We’ve been travelling for 4 months around Australia and this was our favourite place to stay. Check in was quick and easy, and it was helpful that we had a parking space so we could further explore the area. The amenities were helpful for our stay, especially the oven, cooker & washing machine. The bed was comfy and there was little noise from the neighbours. The place is a good value for money considering how close we were to Fremantle and the surrounding area. The distance was a nice and pretty easy walk to Fremantle where we enjoyed the area and the markets. We wanted to book again after our road trip but unfortunately it was already booked. Gillian & Claire answered any queries we had swiftly and promptly, including coming over the next day to help us with the oven as we couldn’t get it to work. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Fremantle and wish we could have stayed longer.
