Monthly Rentals in Dystos

Our stay at Vaggelis place was just awesome experience. The house itself is traditional greek house with terrific view on the sea. House is very comfy and spacious, just perfectly located base for exploring island Evia and of course local rocks because we are climbers family :) . We had all we needed there and felt like home. Vaggelis is a very kind host, who gave us all info needed. We met him after arrival and when we needed he was supporting us with truly great tips of local interesting points and also local culinary scene. The communication with him was excellent (he speaks perfectly english). The location of the house is just a few minuts by walk from the sea shore with few shops, bakery, and of course great local tavernas. What we really loved was the area surrounding the house with orange, lemmon and mandarine trees and great patio with outside space above the sea. We will definitelly want to come back to this great place. Thank you for everything !!!

Athina's home is located in the quiet and charming village of Zarakes, amidst the mountains, within 5 kilometers of the sea. It is an old Greek house whose front, separate part is occupied by Nico's family intimate tavern. The house is spacious, has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains, located in a small garden with figs, nuts, grenades and limes. Zarakes is a true Greek countryside with extremely friendly people, great taverns and wonderful landscapes. Evia's beautiful beaches are not far from the house. Zarakes has everything you need: a shop, cafes, restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a church.

The stone house of Akis is cozy and quiet in the middle of a beautiful, clean oasis to rest and unwind with infinity pool and private beach access :) We immediately felt comfortable, the amenities are as described and absolutely sufficient, everything wonderful! Communication with Akis was smooth and perfect at all times! We highly recommend the place and would keep coming back:)
