We felt right at home. We ended up extending to 10 days after the first few nights. Everything was clean, convenient, exactly as described. Phuong was also very responsive and helpful with everything. Highly recommended :-)

This apartment is very nice and clean, the room is modernly designed with city view. The staff is very enthusiastic. Highly recommend this place to everyone. I will come back next time.

It was a beautifully apartment that we got on level 6, when we arrive staff are friendly and so was host was also helpful. The place was clean very well presented. Lính help us with the amenities like pool. Help us get towel everyday as my boys have allergy so they require new towel every day. But then stay was comfortable. The only thing is it is far away from main district 1 area walking is far. We took grab taxi but could be pricey at time to get to main attraction but we still would stay here again as we like how it accommodate more than 5-7 people in the same place not like hotel.

The place was clean and the host was very nice and responsive :) She was also very accommodating when I requested for cleaning services due to the apartment being abit dusty =) smooth check in and safe location ! Although there weren’t much shops or streets near the apartment, there were 2 convenience stores and a pharmacy just downstairs. Overall I enjoyed the stay 😊

Great location, clean place, responsive host. Totally worth the price!

It was a raft period, so I stayed all the way in one accommodation, and it was good. However, there was no manager during the raft, so it was a bit of a pity that I couldn't clean in the middle, but I can't help it. I liked that the host was kind and the response was quick. I'll come again next time I get a chance.

Felice and Tam were really good hosts I was satisfied because it was friendly and quick to communicate. Although it is far from the city center, it is a place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The pool was also big and it was a much better place than the pictures. The best part was the communication part. I was able to have a good trip with a lot of help. Thank you. 👍🏼

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

I chose this place even if the location is a little far from Koreatown in Group 7 with good reviews. The host responded very quickly, and it was clean because the cleaner was almost there. The surrounding environment is also good. In particular, there is a small local market nearby and it is close to Lotte Mart. The house is a little old, but there weren't any bugs, so it was okay. For the price, I was more satisfied than the apartment for the whole family. I recommend it.

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest
