Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in District 3

Mình was able to accommodate for my needs on short notice which I always appreciate in a host!

This is a lovely, bright apartment and is the perfect place to stay in HCMC. It is in a good location and walkable for most of the sights in District 1 as well as plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. It was spacious, clean and the balcony was a bonus. Check-in/out was simple. Daisy was extremely helpful when we had a change in our plans and was also very responsive to any questions during our stay. If we ever return, this would be our place of choice.

The apartment at 7 East was excellent, peaceful, relaxing, great location and the team was very responsive and supportive of any questions and needs. I would gladly stay here again!

Perfect place in an ideal location to explore the city. This unit has everything, including a washing machine, and Lin went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Would recommend this spot to anyone, thanks again!

The place is conveniently located in the center of district 1, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The building has 24/7 security and other amenities, however the walls in the unit has some stains and could use a paint job, the chairs in the kitchen are somewhat dirty and there are small ants all over the kitchen counter, the place would be perfect if those issues are taken care of.

I had a very nice stay here. The bed was very comfortable, AC worked good, and it was very spacious. The location was excellent and the host was kind.

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

My 5 days stay at this Airbnb was wonderful. The hosts and staff are super accommodating and helpful; from airport transportation to any minor inconvenience they would be there to assist. I love how responsive they are, I felt safe and got treated so nicely by everyone in the building and the hosts & their private staff. It was such a pleasant stay, glad I chose this over a hotel. We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

Impeccable accommodation. Clean and very comfortable beds. cooking utensils needed to cook. Spacious rooms. the detail of the rooftop pool is a wonder. to relax after visiting the city and doing different tours. Very friendly owner, responds quickly to any guests and questions you have about the area or the accommodation. We would definitely stay again in the same place if we return to Ho Chi Minh.

Thien is a wonderful host and very responsive. Great command of english too! Convenient location with a Starbucks and supermarket right below the apartment. Lots of eateries, 24hr convenience stores nearby. Strongly recommended for anyone looking a clean apartment location in the heart of town. Looks exactly like the pictures and most importantly clean and comfortable. Can’t quite find any negatives with the location and apartment. PS: i had to check out early due to an emergency back home. Thien was graceful enough to refund me the late checkout fee which I paid in advance. Really appreciate the kind gesture. Thanks once again!

This place is amazing and Han is very sweet and kind. She is always there to help answer question and help guide you to some great eating place. She traveled abroad therefore her knowledge and understanding of other culture is very helpful.

It is definitely very central and the place was cool and also looked like the pictures! I would come back here again and again.
