This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

we had a great stay at Cuong' s place. The apartment is nice clean with lots of amenties. Cuong was very responsive to our needs. The beds can be hard for some... besides that everything was great! Highly recommended

Decent location in the city. Easy to find. The bed is a little hard and the wifi does not work all the time. If you need to get work done. This may not be the best place for you.

The place is at the centre of most attractions in D1 and several great eateries nearby. The house is very well maintained and the host was very responsive. Great experience overall!

My wife and I are full-time travelers and absolutely LOVED our month-long stay in HCMC. This is our 3rd month visiting Vietnam, having stayed in different AirBnbs each month, and this was BY FAR our favorite property we’ve stayed in and will forever be our go to. We were nervous about staying on such a busy street, but the sound never really bothered us and the local neighbors were super friendly. The location is very central and within walking distance to the brand new metro train. We had a great stay at this airbnb! My family and I are not late night people and we were slightly worried about the noise due to the location, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The apartment is very quiet once you’re inside. It’s a great location, so close to so many things and easily walkable (minus the motorbikes everywhere- but hey, that’s Vietnam!). The beds were so comfortable- I slept like a dream!!! I would definitely come back to this Airbnb.

It's uncomfortable to go inside the bar and walk up to the room honestly because there's no elevator, but other than that, everything was clean and nice. Very satisfied.

Wonderful room above a fun coffee shop. The location here is amazing! So close to local shops and marketplace, and 3 minute walk to incredible nightlife on Bui Ven Street. I will definitely book this AirBnB again the next time I return to beautiful Ho Chi Minh.

Thao's place was very spacious and clean. The communal swimming pool in the complex is impressive, spanning about 50m long. There is a bbq and seating area for free usage, as well as gym and yoga classes available for a fee. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is easily accessible by foot. We enjoyed our stay as it was comfortable and everything needed is within close proximity. Thao was very helpful and assisted with all our needs. We will choose to stay here again next time!

We loved staying here - the room was beautiful and the hosts were very very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone! Just a small note that there’s no elevator in the building so you’ll need to carry your bags up 3 levels. Definitely worth and would stay here again!

Kien’s place was exactly as the pictures. The location is really good. Walking distance to all the spots in D1. Very responsive and helpful. Really good host. Look forward to staying here again.
